AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Not going to go deep into own personal issues, but these incompetent people messed up a nurses appointment and gave me blood test instead, FAILED TO CALL ME BETWEEN THE TIMES OF A PHONE APPOINTMENTY, THEY REALLY DONT GIVE A DAMN, BUT THEY CAN TAKE ON ANOTHER SURGERY WHEN THEY CANT EVEN DEAL WITH THE PATIENTS FROM THE FIRST SURGERY

Dr Revill truly embodies compassion and empathy in his medical practice. He genuinely listens to my concerns and addresses them with utmost seriousness. He's simply outstanding. The nursing staff are equally wonderful, consistently demonstrating warmth and professionalism. The reception team is equally delightful, always ready to assist with a smile. My sole minor frustration is the need to justify my doctor's appointment. Having been a patient at this practice since 1981, I remain thoroughly satisfied with their care. Terrible emergency care for cancer survivor patient

You can't find a doctor in the emergency room who actually wants to help; they just push you to dial 111. They refuse to conduct blood tests. Despite having undergone extensive surgery 18 months ago—removing my kidney, bladder, prostate, urethra, and other affected areas due to cancer—you'd expect them to show some concern for my condition, but apparently, that's too much to ask.

Terrible medical care led to delayed diagnosis

This medical practice is undoubtedly the most disappointing healthcare experience I've encountered. For nearly two years, I was repeatedly dismissed, with no medical professional showing genuine concern or listening to my symptoms. I was continuously sent for blood tests (which they even managed to misplace at one point), only to be repeatedly told everything was fine. Upon registering with a new GP surgery, my first doctor immediately identified critical issues in my previous three blood test results that had been overlooked!!! I now have a complete diagnosis and am receiving proper treatment. St Andrews is an utterly incompetent facility that demonstrates complete indifference to patient welfare and medical concerns.

I had an appointment with my general practitioner today and had to take time off work. Despite arriving at the clinic well ahead of my 2:30 slot around 2:00, I was left sitting in the waiting room until 3:00 without being seen. The level of service was completely unacceptable, and I cannot bring myself to suggest this medical practice to anyone else. It seems the healthcare providers are primarily focused on billing rather than providing genuine patient care and attention.

Whenever I contact the practice for myself or my kids, I'm consistently greeted by incredibly friendly staff who are eager to assist me with any concerns. I'm always seen promptly, and I can honestly say I've never experienced such an exceptional medical facility before. On one occasion, when I was suffering from severe mastitis, the doctor recognized how unwell I was and immediately called an ambulance. The staff went above and beyond, remaining well after their usual hours while waiting for the emergency services. This ultimately led to my three-day hospital stay. I cannot praise this medical practice highly enough.
