The incompetent medical staff can't spare a moment to process my antibiotic prescription, leaving me miserable and frustrated. Take, for instance, the scheduling system: when a doctor recommends a follow-up in a month, the receptionists cannot pre-book that specific appointment. This limitation is not catastrophic, but it does create unnecessary friction and inconvenience for both medical staff and patients. My recent interactions with the practice have been remarkably positive, primarily due to the exceptional doctors who, regrettably, are no longer affiliated with this medical center.

I recently visited the clinic to drop off a document and encountered an incredibly discourteous receptionist - a woman in her mid-50s with short brown hair. I witnessed her interact with another patient, a woman holding a toddler, and her tone was dismissive when saying "just sit down and you'll be called up" with a notably condescending and hostile attitude. She dramatically stormed into the back room, slamming the door behind her. Eventually, someone else emerged to collect my medical note, and they seemed sympathetic, subtly acknowledging the receptionist's poor behavior. What was most uncomfortable was how visibly frustrated and contemptuous she was towards patients in the waiting area, making it clear she resented being there. My advice: if you're this miserable in your job, find another one. We patients aren't here to endure your bad mood or personal issues. The level of unprofessionalism was truly shocking.
