I am located a considerable distance away and attempted to arrange an appointment for my mother, whom I am very concerned about. I spent half an hour on the phone, only to be told that someone would contact her at a later time.

Reception blocked appointment without explanation

Disappointing experience with the service overall. When requesting an appointment, I was told to call back the following week and that I might be seen, but was asked to ring ahead first. The reception staff seemed unable to help, citing system limitations. I was frustrated by the lack of flexibility in the booking process.

Phone lines impossible to get through on

It's incredibly frustrating trying to reach this practice by telephone or secure an appointment. I've been attempting to get through since the beginning of the week and was assured I would receive a callback, which unfortunately never materialised. The parking situation is also quite problematic, and some of the staff members who answer the phones could benefit from improved customer service skills. The overall condition and cleanliness of the premises leave much to be desired. I've decided to switch to a different practice and have submitted a formal complaint to the relevant health authority regarding my experience.

Phone lines constantly engaged, difficult to reach

The staff are genuinely pleasant, which is the only positive aspect I can mention. However, I've experienced persistent difficulties with the telephone system. When attempting to call, I receive an automated message directing callers to different options depending on their location, which seems confusing when trying to reach the practice directly. Getting through to speak with someone has proven extremely challenging. Additionally, obtaining my test results has been problematic, and the appointment booking process is equally frustrating. The practice advises ringing at 8am for emergency slots, but this creates a bottleneck as many people attempt to call simultaneously. I've tried calling at that time and spent considerable time waiting on hold, sometimes until mid-morning, without successfully connecting. The whole experience feels quite poorly managed.
