Unhelpful gp service leaves patient frustrated and desperate

All communication happens digitally, and the general practitioner typically responds within a couple of hours, essentially directing patients to visit a walk-in centre or pharmacy. I attempted to secure a consultation for my son suffering from tonsillitis, and I explained my challenging circumstances - I lack transportation, the nearest walk-in centre is several hours walking distance, and I'm simultaneously caring for my disabled mother who requires assistance with basic needs. Despite my explanation, I was repeatedly instructed via message that the walk-in centre was the most "appreciated" option, and then they abruptly terminated the conversation, preventing me from providing further context or response.

Compassionate dentist made tooth removal stress-free

Exceptional care from start to finish! The dentist, who I believe was named Aman, was incredibly gentle and helped my daughter feel completely comfortable during her tooth extraction. He skillfully managed to make what could have been a frightening experience much less intimidating. The dental nurse was equally wonderful, and together they provided a seamless, reassuring environment. We arrived for our 8am booking, had the 10am procedure, and were completely finished by 11 - everything went smoothly and professionally.

Completely terrible, it's impossible to reach anyone by phone... my dear mother has been unwell for a fortnight and can't secure a consultation even after enduring a phone queue exceeding three-quarters of an hour... despite my mum's critical health condition, the front desk staff continue to claim no availability 🙄 with their repeated "call back tomorrow" nonsense... I'm truly relieved I'm not dependent on this disaster of a medical practice...

Utterly terrible customer service. Attempted to schedule an appointment for a potential ear infection for the third time today, only to be brushed aside by an incompetent receptionist whose default response is to direct me to a walk-in clinic. After working grueling 12-hour shifts, they expect me to waste endless hours waiting at a walk-in centre. I will definitely be switching healthcare providers as soon as possible.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I utilized PATCHS to obtain a Shingles prescription, and this Julie person simply redirected me to distant walk-in centers in Wallasey or Eastham, despite a local surgery being just a 10-minute walk away. Upon re-engaging through PATCHS, I received the identical unhelpful response. It's utterly absurd! What purpose do these general practitioners serve to justify their outrageously high salaries?
