Caring nurses saved me during scary blood test

I experienced a moment of lightheadedness during my blood draw (I'm extremely uncomfortable with blood tests due to my squeamish nature), but I cannot express enough gratitude for how wonderfully the nurses cared for me. I'm sincerely appreciative. The entire staff is exceptional and incredibly compassionate. Thank you so much for your outstanding care, particularly the nurse who conducted my diabetic screening - though I regrettably can't recall her name, she was absolutely outstanding. Once again, thank you for providing such an excellent medical service.

Terrible service from unprofessional medical receptionist

I called the medical office twice within a month seeking a phone consultation with my doctor, fully aware of my condition and requiring antibiotics. I detailed my situation to an extremely discourteous receptionist who claimed no phone appointments were available at 10:30 AM. When I expressed my frustration about being severely ill and the situation's unfairness, she proceeded to yell at me and abruptly end the call. Upon redialing shortly after, I encountered another equally unhelpful and aggressive staff member.

Terrible service at oxford medical practice

During our visit to Oxford, my son developed an infection. We were directed to this medical facility due to their temporary registration policy, but the receptionists were completely disinterested in providing clear guidance and seemed eager to rush through their tasks. Despite the doctor's instruction to submit a sample and examine my son, they failed to communicate effectively with me after I left the sample. The staff's lack of professionalism and care was extremely frustrating and left a very negative impression.

Fantastic healthcare with caring staff at st clements

St Clements surgery is truly a fantastic healthcare provider. We had to switch from our previous practice due to location constraints, but I'm incredibly thankful they welcomed us with open arms! The phone line is picked up almost instantly, and the receptionist this morning was an absolute pleasure - she went above and beyond to assist me. The phlebotomist was equally wonderful, offering helpful guidance and accommodating my urgent appointment request, for which I'm deeply appreciative. I can honestly say I am an extremely satisfied patient, and I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care provided by the entire staff. A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone at St Clements!

Terrible service and unprofessional medical care nightmare

The front desk personnel were incredibly unhelpful, displaying a shocking level of rudeness and incompetence, matched only by the doctor I encountered. I was left waiting for 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, with no apology offered. When finally called into the room, the doctor refused to perform the planned cancer screening examination. I was instructed to reschedule, forcing me to leave without any medication, diagnosis, or medical attention. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly entered and exited the staff room instead of focusing on my consultation. This is undoubtedly the worst medical practice in Oxford, rivaling the Holloway surgery. The doctor, whose name I do not know, was an Asian physician whom I strongly advise against seeing.

Incompetent surgery causing years of unnecessary pain

This GP surgery is absolutely appalling beyond description. A year ago, I sought help for intense back pain, and they dismissed my concerns with basic painkillers and a Physiotherapist who essentially just pulled random stretches from an internet search. After enduring a full year of agony, I finally convinced A&E to conduct an MRI scan. Lo and behold, I have THREE herniated discs, and the A&E physicians strongly recommend surgical intervention. Upon returning to this GP, the doctor wants to send me back to Physiotherapy, despite my explaining my previous futile attempts. A week passes, and no Physio contact. When I call back, I'm told the doctor is on holiday for another week, and I'll need to check his availability later. Most individuals struggle to function with even one slipped disc, yet here I am, managing three while continuing my physically demanding job and suffering for over a year. It's absolutely ludicrous. Today, I'm definitively switching to another GP practice. St Clements Surgery is completely incompetent and unacceptable.

Over the past three years, I've consistently struggled with prescription management at this medical practice. Their medication handling has been incredibly frustrating, with recurring errors like incorrect medications, wrong dosages, partial prescriptions, and frequent failures to properly communicate with pharmacies. Even after multiple phone conversations to verify details, these issues persist. While the in-person doctor interactions were positive, the ongoing prescription problems have been utterly exhausting for someone dependent on regular medications. I strongly advise patients to seek care elsewhere. Despite my numerous attempts to address these problems directly with the practice, absolutely no improvements have been made, which ultimately led me to change healthcare providers.

Terrible reception, but doctors are truly exceptional

The two-star rating is solely directed at the front desk staff. One specific receptionist stands out as particularly discourteous and ineffective. I've raised concerns repeatedly, but my complaints have been completely ignored. The other receptionists are tolerable. Sadly, this medical practice seems indifferent to patient feedback. Despite this, the doctors are PHENOMENAL. They're compassionate, welcoming, and highly skilled... Dr. Hernadenz especially is truly the most exceptional physician I've ever encountered. I sincerely hope they address the reception team's shortcomings. Their poor performance is genuinely tarnishing the practice's reputation.
