I'm extremely frustrated because my scheduled appointment was at 2 o'clock, but the receptionist was completely absorbed in a phone conversation and ignored me. Then the doctor delayed me by 2 hours, and despite my appointment being for an ECG, they instead conducted a blood test and rescheduled my ECG for next week. This is an absolute waste of my valuable time.

When calling the surgery, I now feel bullied by the receptionists who consistently interrupt me, preventing me from fully explaining my concerns. Their rudeness is particularly shocking given they work in a medical environment where patients are often distressed, worried, and in pain. For the past ten days, I've been attempting to reach a doctor due to severe gallbladder pain, yet I've received no response, despite even 111 sending a message. With my family history of pancreatic cancer, my anxiety is heightened, and the receptionists' insensitivity is preventing me from accessing critical medical care. We do not contact medical practices casually; people seek help during genuine medical emergencies and deserve compassionate, professional treatment aligned with the Hippocratic Oath. The sole bright spot is a receptionist named Teesha, who is consistently gentle and pleasant. Her kindness stands in stark contrast to her colleagues. To be clear, the doctors here are excellent - if one can actually manage to connect with them.

My child received a summons from the medical facility for vaccination, and we endured more than 60 minutes in freezing temperatures amid a lengthy queue. Upon entering, he was directed to a room with an extremely brusque nurse who momentarily departed, only to return and inform him he would not receive the vaccine 😡😡😡 because he wasn't over 75 years old!!!!! They had specifically scheduled the appointment due to his asthma condition, yet offered no apology, just outright discourtesy The entire situation is an absolute disaster

The front desk staff here are hands down the most ineffective and inept I've ever encountered. While the physicians are excellent, the receptionists are completely hopeless. Basic tasks like renewing prescriptions or scheduling appointments seem to be an enormous burden for them, as if they're doing patients a massive inconvenience. Having been a patient at this practice for over four decades, it's truly disappointing how poorly they manage simple administrative duties.

Arrive early, before 8am, if you want to secure an appointment. Their website states a 9am opening time and provides little clarity on how the queuing process works. In reality, they start operations at 8:30am, and you'll need to line up prior to that time to get seen. Both the reception area and the doctors remain consistently swamped throughout the day.

Even when I desperately needed an urgent consultation due to my asthma, she insisted I must wait until the following week. Rude receptionists made my booking experience terrible
Every time I visit the reception to schedule an appointment, the blonde receptionist (whose name I don't know) - who is clearly not a native English speaker - is consistently unpleasant. This time, I came with my mother and provided her date of birth, but the receptionist repeatedly questioned me and claimed she wasn't registered because a different date appeared on the computer. I insisted my information was correct, and another staff member, who was also English, approached with an equally dismissive attitude, treating me as if I were completely incompetent. During their verification, they initially suggested I was wrong, but the computer actually showed the date I mentioned (08/05/72). When I maintained my original statement, she reluctantly stopped arguing and gave me the appointment time. Honestly, their behavior was absolutely terrible. This is not how customers should be treated, and the receptionist never even attempted to be friendly or smile.
