I would like to express my appreciation for the care my mother received during her recent visit. The clinician was very thorough, took time to listen to her concerns, and arranged all the appropriate tests that were needed. I have been attending this practice for many years and am pleased to see that the personal and attentive approach to patient care is being maintained, which is something all healthcare professionals should strive to provide.

Hard to book appointments when you need them

The clinical staff member I saw was very friendly and assisted me in obtaining a referral I required. The reception team handles a considerable workload, but the main limitation appears to be the system itself. There would benefit from having additional clinical staff available to see more patients, as it is quite challenging to secure an appointment, particularly when you need one at a time that works best for your schedule. From my perspective, it often seems as though there is only one clinician working at any given time.

The clinician I saw has been tremendously supportive, and I consider them to be an excellent healthcare professional who has looked after me exceptionally well.
