Terrible healthcare and disrespectful staff nightmare
I've reached my breaking point with this absolutely terrible medical practice. My ongoing health struggles have been met with complete indifference from Dr Neoman, who consistently hurries through my consultations and mockingly dismissed my research by calling me an 'online doctor' when I tried to discuss symptoms that my GP was unwilling to address. The front desk staff are equally awful - unprofessional, discourteous, and seemingly uninterested in performing their basic duties. Their attitude is particularly galling considering they work in NEASDEN and should know better. Dr Bundia appears to be the sole competent professional here, but the hostile reception staff make even scheduling an appointment an unpleasant ordeal. I'm definitively switching to a different GP practice where I might actually receive some compassionate, proper medical care.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical practice
Securing a consultation at this medical practice is an absolute nightmare. The front desk staff are consistently unhelpful and create unnecessary obstacles to scheduling. I spent an entire week attempting to book an appointment, and finally succeeded today by phone, despite having to travel to Paris for work and returning later this evening. Surprisingly, the physician refused to provide treatment, even though it was a telephone consultation - which makes no sense to me. It seems she simply lacked the motivation to assist me. Furthermore, my medical records from my previous healthcare provider have been outstanding since last July, and the practice has shown zero initiative in tracking them down or following up on the matter.

Terrible healthcare service with zero patient compassion
This GP is an absolute embarrassment. The staff's lack of interest is astounding. Months ago, I called about an electrocardiograph, and they promised to return my call in two weeks - which never happened. At the time, it didn't seem urgent, so I didn't pursue it. Now, I'm experiencing severe neck pain with multiple bumps and ear inflammation. They offered me an appointment on July 4th, but I clearly can't wait two weeks in this condition. When I requested a same-day appointment, they refused. I contacted 111, who then intervened and made them respond. The ridiculous response? They asked for a neck photo and recommended A CREAM!!! A CREAM, without properly considering my multiple symptoms. They didn't even properly examine the spots, which have subtle white spots within the red areas that wouldn't be visible in a picture. The phone conversation was a nightmare. I struggled to explain my symptoms to a disinterested, rude representative who casually suggested I go to the hospital and insisted I could only be seen on their terms. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I'm utterly shocked that after paying substantial taxes for NHS and NI in London, this is the healthcare treatment we receive. It's completely unacceptable.

I've been a patient at this medical practice for over a decade. They consistently fail to pick up phone calls, even during standard morning hours, and scheduling an appointment is incredibly challenging - you'd practically need to be on your deathbed. The receptionists are abrupt and discourteous. While Dr. Neoman is an excellent physician, I haven't seen her in ages and am always assigned to unfamiliar doctors who clearly haven't reviewed my medical history. I've had to repeatedly and forcefully request in-person consultations, as they continually attempt to push telephone appointments. The overall service is appalling, demonstrating a complete lack of patient consideration and professionalism!

My initial consultation with Dr. Francis was delightful, and I'm grateful for the swift diagnosis and appropriate prescription that has significantly improved my health. While I did encounter a minor issue with an e-consult for my young son, where I anticipated a callback from the GP that didn't materialize, I followed up with the practice. They acknowledged the communication gap and are investigating the matter, which I appreciate. I'm particularly impressed by Carole at the reception, who is incredibly professional and helpful when assisting patients. Overall, a commendable healthcare experience!

Rude staff ruined my simple gp registration attempt
I attempted to register at this GP clinic and approached the reception to inquire about the registration process. Initially, I was told to return another day. Upon returning today and visiting the registration office, the staff member was assisting another patient and politely asked me to wait. I complied and waited outside. However, just as the staff was about to attend to me, a short, heavy-set white woman suddenly appeared and instructed the registrar to send me back to the reception. The registrar reassured me that I was next in line and would be served. Despite this, the woman seemed to single me out and, as I was leaving, she mumbled something unintelligible and claimed I was not next in line. Frustrated, I left without completing my registration and now have no intention of registering with this GP due to this discriminatory and unprofessional experience.

The front desk staff display an incredibly hostile and confrontational demeanor, consistently coming across as combative. The general practitioners demonstrate complete indifference to patient concerns. That Kobra individual, in particular, is especially problematic. My strongest recommendation would be to avoid this toxic medical environment entirely, for the sake of your personal well-being.
