Friendly staff make healthcare experience pleasant

Shocking medical negligence puts elderly patient at risk
The medical practice's level of care is utterly unacceptable. I attempted to consult a physician about an urgent referral for my elderly mother, who is 93 years old. The staff informed me that I would need to wait 8 days before speaking with a doctor. When I highlighted that this delay would leave my mother without essential care and in a highly precarious position, they remained indifferent. It seems completely unreasonable that the doctor could not have been immediately notified of our critical circumstances and expedite the referral via email. This is absolutely disgraceful!!

I have absolutely no complaints about this establishment. The employees are exceptional and have consistently been supportive throughout my interactions. The front desk personnel have always been professional, courteous, and eager to assist me. The practice manager is particularly outstanding, going above and beyond on multiple occasions when she was not obligated to do so. I wholeheartedly endorse this place.

This surgical center is an absolute disaster, with receptionists who are utterly incompetent and impossible to contact. They act as if they're medical experts, yet ironically might have more competence than the actual physicians. The entire operation is a total mockery of healthcare, and I firmly believe the facility should be completely demolished. I despise this place so intensely that I'm actively seeking to escape from their terrible services……!!!

The front desk personnel lack basic courtesy and come across as dismissive. Scheduling an appointment is practically unfeasible for anyone with professional commitments. My partner has previously experienced the humiliation of being ridiculed by reception staff while attempting to discuss a sensitive personal matter. My recommendation is to avoid this place entirely and seek alternative services to spare yourself unnecessary frustration.

Terrible customer service from rude and unhelpful staff
The front desk staff are absolutely atrocious! They behave as if they're superior beings with the most challenging occupation imaginable. I arrived for an in-person meeting today, and due to the complete absence of clear signage, I was uncertain how to operate the entrance door. When the receptionist eventually approached, she aggressively shouted, "I already told you to push it". While waiting for my appointment, I witnessed another receptionist being incredibly discourteous to a caller. This establishment desperately needs to recruit personnel who understand basic customer service principles. I will ABSOLUTELY not return and would never suggest this place to anyone. They're completely incompetent, the entire team!

Terrible receptionists ruin healthcare experience
The receptionists at this GP practice are absolutely terrible!!!! They show zero respect for patients. I was there to help my sister, who doesn't speak English, and this was our second attempt after the first appointment was cancelled because they failed to arrange an interpreter. While waiting to see the doctor, I witnessed a patient ringing the bell to enter, but the three receptionists completely ignored them. One of them was even dancing and joking around with the others. It's outrageous that NHS staff paid by taxpayers can be so disrespectful and unprofessional. These receptionists desperately need training on how to interact with patients, who are often vulnerable and in distress. Their behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of empathy and understanding.

Uncaring doctors failed me during health crisis
I'm constantly frustrated by their unresponsive phone line, and when I finally reached out, they were unsympathetic to my medical conditions. Despite my diagnoses of COPD, asthma, and lung cancer, my doctor refused to provide a mask exemption, even though other physicians have done so for similar patients. Their lack of compassion and patient-centered care is deeply disappointing.

Worst medical experience ever with terrible staff
I genuinely wish there was a 0-star rating because that's exactly what this medical practice deserves. The receptionist is completely clueless, and if they do understand, it's shockingly irresponsible how they're toying with patients' health. As for Dr. Northfield, I'm speechless - I've never received proper care from the start of COVID. Everything is "COVID" with them: can't see you because of COVID, your child has a fever - it must be COVID. It's absolutely disgusting. I sincerely hope someone soon will demonstrate that you cannot treat paying patients this way. And to the person managing this surgery, I've been waiting for your call for 3 weeks now, but I suppose this is standard procedure with staff like yours - you probably have no understanding of my recent experience with your practice. So yeah, well done 👏
