Booking an appointment was quick, and the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. My initial doctor's consultation went seamlessly, with a reasonable waiting time. I could sense the doctor was under considerable professional strain, which was evident from his demeanor. Unfortunately, this reflects the current state of the NHS. Medical professionals are incredibly overworked, and resource limitations are widespread. Despite these challenges, the doctor performed excellently, remaining professional and helpful. He put me at ease, addressed my concerns efficiently, and arranged necessary external appointments. Given the approximately 40% shortage of medical personnel, the stress on healthcare workers is understandable. My subsequent telephone follow-up with another doctor was equally positive - they were courteous, competent, and thorough. The nursing staff who assisted with my wound treatment were exceptional, quickly arranging a crucial appointment. Having avoided medical centres for nearly two decades, I was initially anxious about my first visit. However, the entire team's approach was reassuring and effectively minimized the inherent stress associated with medical consultations.

Despite my challenging physical situation, the physiotherapist was kind and provided me with a set of exercises I can practice at home to potentially improve my mobility and manage my symptoms.

The staff member suggested I contact the local pharmacy directly. Later, she called me back to follow up, and although the initial attempt was unsuccessful, she had proactively reached out to my doctor and secured a prescription. Her effort went well beyond my expectations. I'm thoroughly impressed and delighted.

Recently moved here two weeks back. Attempted to schedule an appointment yesterday and was instructed to call at 08:30 this morning. Dialed at 08:29, found myself in 21st position in the queue. After waiting 25 minutes, I was informed that all appointments for the day were already booked, with only 8 slots available. This is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of proper management for a medical facility.

Frustrating wait times ruin an otherwise great practice

The medical practice itself is fantastic, and the physicians are incredibly compassionate, but scheduling an appointment with a specific doctor is an absolute nightmare! Previously, I was 26th in the queue, only to reach number 2 and get disconnected. Today, starting at 6th in line, I made it to the first position, and the phone has been ringing unanswered for 13 minutes, totaling 30 minutes of frustration! I've abandoned my attempts numerous times, but I desperately need to consult or even have a conversation with my doctor. It's clear they require additional support at the reception desk, as I've been struggling to secure an appointment with my physician for over four months without any success.
