Patient feedback reveals a practice with significant operational and service challenges that overshadow isolated positive experiences. While some patients report compassionate care from individual medical professionals and describe welcoming reception experiences, the majority of feedback centres on persistent difficulties with phone access, lengthy appointment waiting times, and reception staff discourtesy. Patients consistently describe busy phone lines, repeated disconnections, and challenges scheduling appointments within reasonable timeframes. Communication breakdowns appear systemic, with conflicting information provided by different staff members and concerns raised about responsiveness to patient needs.
Negative themes extend beyond access issues to include concerns about continuity of care, medication management, and dismissive attitudes from reception and clinical staff. Several patients report feeling unheard during consultations, with some describing gatekeeping behaviour that prevents access to doctors. Appointment availability remains a critical pain point, with waits extending beyond three weeks in many cases. The practice appears to have experienced a decline in service quality, with long-term patients noting deterioration following staffing changes.
Despite these widespread concerns, a subset of patients acknowledge professional medical staff and supportive interactions, particularly highlighting individual clinicians who demonstrate compassion and attentiveness. However, these positive experiences appear inconsistent across the practice, suggesting variable service delivery and a need for systematic improvements in communication systems, reception experience, and appointment accessibility.

Terrible medical practice with zero patient care
Steer clear of this place. Zero stars would be my rating if possible! Over the past seven years, the quality medical professionals have departed, leaving behind subpar care. Expect interminable phone waits, with receptionists ultimately disconnecting after you've languished on hold for what seems like an eternity. The entire experience is utterly shameful.

Terrible service and endless wait times
Unquestionably the most terrible medical practice I've ever encountered. Appointment scheduling requires a staggering six-week wait, and the reception team is remarkably discourteous and utterly ineffective. Steer clear of this place without hesitation.

Terrible service from unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist
The receptionist displayed an incredibly unprofessional attitude, abruptly cutting off my call after barely addressing my initial inquiry. When I attempted to reconnect multiple times to complete my original communication, she consistently terminated the call without providing any meaningful assistance 😡 As a result, I am definitively planning to switch to a different medical practice.

Worst medical experience ever nightmare of a hospital
Complete disaster of a medical procedure, steer clear at all expenses or you'll deeply lament it. After waiting 9 years for hospital accommodation, the entire staff seems more interested in scrolling social media than providing care. An absolute embarrassment that deserves immediate closure.

Terrible healthcare with endless waiting times
I'm dealing with a frustrating situation regarding my wife's medical care at this facility. She's unable to secure a timely appointment despite repeated attempts. The wait for an in-person consultation is absurdly long—we're looking at over three weeks of delay. This level of service is completely unacceptable and falls far below any reasonable standard of patient care.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs
I've been a patient at this medical practice for a long time, and saying it has deteriorated is putting it mildly. It's an absolutely dreadful place. The receptionists behave as if they possess some medical expertise, but they're more like aggressive gatekeepers blocking patients from seeing doctors. I strongly recommend steering clear of this surgery. I'm seriously considering switching to another practice because getting appointments here is nearly impossible - you'd have better luck being invited to the king's coronation.

Terrible receptionist ruined my entire medical experience
Where do I even begin with the receptionist? Absolutely frustrating. As a qualified nurse, I found the interaction completely unacceptable. What medical credentials do they even have? When I tried to get my doctor's name, the receptionist just talked over me, refusing to listen. It's shocking how they can speak to patients this way, yet if we responded similarly, we'd be accused of having zero tolerance and immediately dismissed. This surgery desperately needs to hire staff with better communication skills and basic courtesy!!! (And no, I'm not referring to Cheryl or Julie.) Potential patients, beware: if you want to speak with a doctor, you'll likely be redirected to a receptionist who apparently knows everything. The service is so poor that I was forced to give one star, and even that feels generous. Avoid this place if you value professional medical communication.

Terrible service and unhelpful staff at surgery
This surgery has completely deteriorated from its former excellence! Communication is impossible via phone - you're forced to physically visit just to have the receptionist demand a detailed symptom description before allowing any appointment booking!! (Which was mortifyingly embarrassing) And even then, you're not guaranteed a slot with a resident physician. You might potentially get a locum appointment three weeks down the line - Utterly Unacceptable! The receptionist demonstrates zero compassion or assistance. Despite being a patient here for over three decades and previously enjoying incredible care from Dr. Rosbottom, who was phenomenal, the practice has nosedived dramatically since her departure!!

Terrible service and disrespect toward elderly patient
The receptionist who interacted with my grandmother was incredibly discourteous and pompous, offering zero assistance. My grandmother called repeatedly, over 200 times throughout the day, desperately trying to secure an appointment. Suffering from heart issues and battling a persistent cough for four weeks following the flu, she was continuously told to call back. The receptionist belittled her and launched into a condescending rant about the distinction between a receptionist and a secretary when my nan used the term secretary. Throughout the entire conversation, she was hostile, attempting to portray my grandmother as aggressive and loud, which couldn't be further from the truth - my grandmother is a gentle and kind-hearted individual. After we mentioned reporting her behavior, the receptionist dismissively shouted "oh whatever" and abruptly hung up. Her conduct was absolutely appalling! What a shameful excuse for a human being.

Terrible service and disrespectful staff everywhere
The quality continues to deteriorate, with the front desk staff displaying an abysmal attitude - they're discourteous, ineffective, and completely unproductive. The process of scheduling an appointment is absolutely mind-boggling and frustrating.

Reliable local surgery with great appointment availability
I've been a patient at this medical practice for years, and booking an appointment has never been an issue. Although the phone lines can be busy, once you manage to connect with reception, they consistently provide available slots within a quick and acceptable timeframe.

Impossible to cancel appointment during covid nightmare
I wasted hours attempting to contact the office and cancel my scheduled slot, hoping to free it up for another patient since I've tested positive for covid and want to prevent potential transmission. I made nearly 90 calls without success. The entire experience was absolutely ridiculous and deeply frustrating.

Terrible doctors with zero patient care skills
Absolute worst surgical experience. Save yourself the trouble and forget about contacting them. The physicians seem more preoccupied with delegating trivial communications to their administrative staff, creating excuses to avoid patient interactions. Completely unacceptable!

Frustrating medical service with poor communication
Completely pointless service. I was on medical leave because of a back injury. I phoned to request documentation for my absence. The front desk staff insisted I needed an in-person consultation. The earliest available appointment was a month away, by which time I had already returned to work. Initially, the receptionist assured me the document could be retroactively dated. However, during the appointment, the physician refused to provide the note, claiming I wasn't examined during my actual time off (despite their scheduling limitations). An utter frustration with contradictory information from staff members and a total misuse of my time.

Terrible service and zero patient care since pandemic
Once a reliable service, but Covid seems to have completely altered their approach. They're consistently tardy with medication reviews, leaving patients in limbo, and have eliminated in-person consultations even for critical health concerns. If you're currently their patient, I strongly advise finding alternative healthcare providers immediately.

Terrible healthcare left my dad without insulin
I am utterly appalled by their negligence in leaving my father without insulin for 48 hours, preventing him from eating and allowing his blood sugar to skyrocket to dangerously high levels above 30. Their pathetic compensation was a mere $111 when they should have simply released his final prescription before terminating his medical coverage.

Worst healthcare experience ever terrible service
Service has plummeted to an unacceptable level, with staff displaying a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. The reception team is dismissive, arrogant, and unhelpful, quick to give attitude but unable to handle any critique. Their inconsistent communication is evident as different employees provide conflicting information about policies. The experience is so frustrating that it induces nothing but stress. I would assign zero stars if possible, but one star is the minimum. Absolutely not recommended to anyone seeking decent customer care.
