Terrible medical care that made me lose hope

Absolutely zero stars warranted! Having been a patient for more than six years, I can confidently say the medical practice has deteriorated dramatically. The administrative team is completely inept and displays an appalling lack of interpersonal skills, treating patients with utter disrespect. My strongest recommendation is to steer clear of this facility and seek alternative healthcare providers immediately.

Disappointing medical practice with great nurses

Previously, this medical practice was our top choice, even though it wasn't the nearest to us. However, since the skilled physicians departed, it has become completely ridiculous. They instruct you to call at 8 a.m., but the phone line remains busy until 8:45, and then they abruptly disconnect. When you finally succeed in reaching someone, all appointment slots are already filled. The new doctors' sole recommendation is to wait another 3-5 days and reassess the situation! Whether concerning an adult or a child, they advise calling back only when breathing becomes problematic. The sole redeeming aspect of this practice is the nursing staff, who are truly exceptional.

Completely ridiculous situation - stuck waiting on hold for more than a quarter-hour and still unable to connect despite repeated attempts. What on earth is happening at the reception desk? Are they napping or something? It's unacceptable that the appointment line remains consistently unavailable for such an extended period.

The surgical procedure itself was satisfactory, and the medical staff were exceptionally welcoming and personable. However, my sole frustration lies with their communication system. Attempting to schedule an appointment or request a prescription is incredibly challenging, as their phone lines are perpetually congested. It often requires multiple attempts—sometimes up to 8 or 9 times throughout the day—before anyone picks up.

No automated system offering a queue or hold option. Incredibly frustrated by having to repeatedly redial every half minute. Desperately hoping the medical procedure resolves this situation quickly.
