Loyal patient frustrated with medical practice's poor service

I departed after 13 years of being a patient. I could have filed a formal complaint but chose not to because Dr Ghosh has been good to me over the years, and I will not do that to her. Thank you, Dr Ghosh, for everything you did throughout our time together. The Doctor was incorrect, and the receptionist refused to assist me. All I wanted was my prescription that never arrived the previous day. (I ended up waiting 5 days, and nobody thought to inform me it was finally sent at 17:48 on Friday - I only discovered this when I called Monday.) So from seeing the doctor Thursday morning, I received it Monday. I submitted a complaint to Maria as instructed, but received a response from someone else. Maria took the time to send me a letter about my attitude, threatening to remove me if I talk to staff like that again - like what? How it is? She will not address my problem and will simply remove me after 13 years of being a patient, disregarding my mental health. I wonder if staff members who gossip behind the glass receive similar warnings? A great practice that has been ruined.

As someone new to the area and carrying past negative experiences with medical practices, I was initially apprehensive. However, the female GP I've been seeing is truly exceptional: thoroughly professional, genuinely attentive, and compassionate. The reception team has consistently been supportive, actively working to resolve any challenges that arise. While securing GP appointments can occasionally be challenging, the nurse practitioner is highly competent, and same-day consultations are typically available. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

They seemed disinterested in providing any sort of customer service and made me feel like an inconvenience. My questions were met with sighs and minimal effort to assist me. I reached out today (14/11/2023) at 17:36 regarding an urgent inhaler prescription I critically need but haven't received. I attempted to secure an immediate appointment given my medical situation. The staff informed me appointments were only available for next Monday, which seemed inadequate. When I asked if I could schedule right then during the call, the representative's response was contradictory and confusing. Upon requesting clarification, she became dismissive and impatient with my questions. Essentially, today offers no appointment slots, tomorrow supposedly will, but no substantive explanation was provided. The communication was extraordinarily challenging, especially considering this involves essential healthcare. The service quality was remarkably poor - I'm left without my emergency medication and without a comprehensible resolution. I'm sincerely hoping this is an isolated incident and not representative of their standard patient care. The entire interaction was frustrating and potentially compromising my health needs.

Worst medical practice ever terrible healthcare experience

I should rename this clinic the St. James Center for Medical Neglect. They prescribe medications that seem to worsen my condition and consistently refuse to recommend advanced diagnostic tests, despite my persistent symptoms lasting three years. Throughout this entire period, I've experienced continuous congestion, a prominently swollen and inflamed sinus area on my forehead, and debilitating fatigue that has essentially confined me to bed for up to 20 hours daily. Not once have they authorized a CT scan or MRI. Each time I present with identical symptoms affecting my ears, sinuses, and eyes, the doctors dismiss and minimize my concerns, gaslighting me by insisting these symptoms aren't connected, even though they clearly emerge, progress, and recede simultaneously alongside my chronic congestion, which has never been adequately addressed.
