Worst medical centre ever avoid at all costs

I wish there was a rating lower than one star. Absolutely the most subpar healthcare facility imaginable. My medical centre in Bacup is exceptional, consistently accommodating patients, and I've relied on them throughout the entire pandemic and am about to receive my flu vaccination there. In stark contrast, this laughable medical centre won't even schedule a flu jab appointment - I'm still waiting on last year's slot. Their excuse about supply difficulties is completely unconvincing. In less than half a minute, I managed to book my vaccination at Boots in Burnley instead. An utterly deplorable medical centre

I had been making progress with my initial physician, but between appointments, they departed. Subsequently, I was assigned a new doctor who abruptly discontinued my medication, causing severe health complications. Then, another physician was introduced who displayed an extremely unprofessional demeanor, treating me disrespectfully and effectively discouraging me from seeking further medical care.

While the physicians themselves are typically decent if you can secure a consultation, the front desk personnel are hostile and unhelpful. Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

Scheduling an appointment here is an exercise in frustration. The front desk personnel are incredibly dismissive and quick to criticize patients for even slight tardiness, yet they show no concern about keeping patients waiting indefinitely. There's a complete lottery when it comes to which physician you'll encounter - occasionally you might find a compassionate professional, but more often you'll be subjected to a doctor whose condescending attitude makes you feel utterly insignificant, treating you with the same disdain one might reserve for an unpleasant stain on their shoe.
