Utterly let down by this medical practice, with constant last-minute appointment changes and cancellations. The general practitioner was incredibly impersonal, offering no greeting and communicating in minimal, disinterested grunts while mostly speaking into his recording device. When he handed me a referral slip, I was left completely confused about my own medical situation, struggling to understand what had just occurred. The entire experience made me feel like an anonymous, disposable patient being rushed through without any genuine care or attention. The lack of meaningful interaction left me feeling alienated and undervalued.

Frustrating healthcare experience during covid pandemic

I'm completely frustrated with the appointment process due to the pandemic. Ever since contracting Covid-19, my health has been steadily deteriorating. Every time I attempt to schedule a consultation, I'm met with roadblocks, and the promised callback from the medical staff is utterly useless. I'm still waiting for an x-ray that seems like it will never happen. This used to be a reliable medical practice, but it has seriously declined in quality and service.

Negligent doctors causing lifelong suffering and pain

these are the absolute worst doctors in kent, i've been waiting since 10/12/2020 regarding my knee issue, and the hospital staff claim something is wrong, while the physiotherapist agrees, but the doctors insist everything is fine - which is completely false. i was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at just 15 years old, and these incompetent doctors have effectively crippled me, spending years only prescribing painkillers and doing nothing until i completely destroyed my knee. now my other knee has started experiencing similar problems in the past couple of months. a few years ago, they nearly killed my son when he had severe laryngitis, dismissing it as "just a virus" - if we hadn't taken him to a hospital in another country, he would have died as he could barely breathe. these are truly terrible doctors who show absolutely no concern for patients' health and well-being.
