Worst Phone Call Ever at This Clinic
The pricing at this clinic is completely absurd! Extremely subpar and unprofessional service. The staff appears totally untrained in client communication, unable to provide clear explanations, constantly shuffling between employees without resolving anything. Their frequent utterances like "Oh, God" and similar exclamations are completely inappropriate. The phone operator is utterly incompetent, incapable of explaining basic information and unable to navigate the clinic's website, which significantly undermines the entire service experience. When confronted with her inadequacies, she resorts to blaming customers for no valid reason. Her attitude mirrors that of an incompetent driver who shirks responsibility and points fingers at everyone else. An ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CLINIC with EQUALLY TERRIBLE PERSONNEL.
