Astonishingly disappointing, the personnel are discourteous, abrupt, and completely unhelpful. Every time I've contacted them, I've been met with negative attitudes. I long for the days of my previous medical practice in Risca, which was exceptional. It seems the receptionists at Abercarn surgery have no passion for their work, and if they're so disinterested, they should move on and make way for staff who actually care about patients. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against choosing this medical practice.
