I've encountered nothing but frustration in my 14-month experience with this clinic, having failed to secure a single appointment despite six separate attempts. Even in the rare event that an appointment becomes available, they insist on conducting an initial phone consultation. The entire process is utterly absurd. Switching from the Richmond Road surgery was clearly a terrible decision, and I'm promptly returning to my previous healthcare provider.

There seems to be no apparent avenue for registering a formal complaint about this poor service interaction.
