Terrible Care During Pregnancy Appointment

A truly dreadful encounter for my expecting spouse. The physician and medical staff we encountered displayed a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy. Upon filing a formal complaint with the practice administrator, we were met with further disappointment as they conducted an investigation that resulted in zero resolution or acknowledgment of wrongdoing. Rather than addressing our legitimate concerns, they consistently defended their staff's inappropriate conduct and unjustly criticized my wife and me for adhering to instructions previously provided by their own team members. My strongest recommendation is to avoid this medical practice at all costs.

My wife was suffering from an extremely painful bout of Cystitis The receptionist provided guidance after putting me on hold, recommending I bring a urine sample to their clinic located in the Boots at Pentagon. A doctor contacted my wife promptly with test results, and a prescription was swiftly transmitted to our local pharmacy. Outstanding Service. Thank you

My encounter was catastrophic, resulting in hospitalization and extreme discomfort because my long-standing medication regimen—meticulously crafted by multiple healthcare professionals over years—was abruptly discontinued without any in-person consultation. When attempting to voice my concerns, I discovered I was essentially voiceless, with no meaningful avenue for escalation or resolution. Critical referrals mysteriously vanished, and comprehensive follow-up correspondence containing explicit treatment instructions seemingly disappeared into thin air, leaving no trace of adherence to proper medical protocols. This cannot genuinely be classified as patient care. I am profoundly worried about the potential impact on other patients, particularly those who are more medically vulnerable and less able to advocate for themselves.

Absolutely dreadful. The staff seem intent on crushing your spirit. Calling them means enduring endless wait times over half an hour, getting bounced between multiple representatives, and ultimately being dismissed without any genuine attention. You'll be fortunate to exchange more than a brief moment of dialogue with an actual human being! Their organizational atmosphere is fundamentally toxic. Steer clear completely, as their personnel view patients not as individuals needing medical care, but as bothersome interruptions to their day who are somehow inconveniencing them by seeking basic healthcare! That being said, you might occasionally encounter a rare compassionate individual.

Dangerous Medical Center That Should Be Closed

Anyone rating this alleged surgical facility with more than a single star is clearly either an associate of the staff or an outright fabricator. This establishment is completely unfit for its intended purpose and deserves immediate closure. Previously shut down by the care commission, it should absolutely be closed once again. The staff's apparent compliance with its disastrous management suggests they either condone or are too afraid to challenge the horrific conditions. Calling this place a medical center is an insult to the very concept of healthcare.
