Quick flu shot with super staff

Visited the clinic for our flu vaccination today, and the organization was impeccable in terms of safety protocols. The wait time was practically non-existent - we were called immediately. Bernie and "Layna" (hope I got the name right) were incredibly welcoming and professional. They went out of their way to ensure my son felt comfortable and calm during the process. Their approach made what could have been a stressful experience for a child into a smooth and positive interaction. Truly appreciate their excellent care and compassion.

Nightmare Booking Appointments at This Clinic

This healthcare service is absolutely terrible. Scheduling an appointment is an incredibly frustrating experience. Their booking system is limited to 8am morning slots and same-day appointments only. They seem to assume everyone can waste an hour waiting on hold to make a booking. Not everyone has the luxury of sitting by the phone, especially those with children to drop off at school or who need to get to work. They seriously need significant improvements. I had hoped that a new manager might bring positive changes, but nothing has improved. We're taxpayers who deserve basic respect and a more considerate service.

Receptionists Know More Than the Doctors Here

Despite the problematic scheduling process, it seems these alleged medical professionals merely search online for symptoms and dispense medication to meet some arbitrary target. The female front desk staff appear more medically knowledgeable than the doctors themselves. I understand we're experiencing a pandemic, but it's absurd that I can freely visit a bar and drink excessively without issue, yet I'm unable to consult a physician even when fully prepared with protective gear. This medical practice is completely ridiculous.

Frustrating Phone Call About My Confusing Test Results

I recently had a scheduled phone consultation that went awry. The phone rang just once before cutting off. When I immediately called back, the staff member informed me that my blood test results were normal across all parameters, except for the blood count. Subsequently, the doctor declined to speak with me again, and the receptionist claimed I had missed my appointment and lost the chance to consult with the physician. She suggested that because I'm on vacation, I must wait until I return. Do these people not understand the concept of roaming? I requested clarification about the specific issue with my blood work, but the secretary insisted she couldn't provide those details. It was perplexing that she first hinted at an abnormality and then refused to elaborate on what was wrong. The entire conversation was conducted in an unnecessarily condescending and pedantic manner, leaving me frustrated and uninformed about my own health status.
