I get that they're swamped and deal with challenging people daily, but every single phone call leaves me feeling like an inconvenience they can't be bothered with. I simply wanted information about scheduling a flu shot, given my pregnancy and high-contact work environment, yet all I encountered was a receptionist's sarcastic, dismissive attitude. Her unfriendly demeanor made it clear she had zero interest in helping. This isn't an isolated incident - it happens every time I call. I find myself constantly apologizing and feeling anxious during these interactions, purely due to their hostile tone. If someone isn't committed to supporting patients and assisting those who are unwell, they shouldn't be working in a medical reception role. Despite these frustrating experiences, I want to emphasize that the doctors themselves are exceptional - I've found every physician I've seen to be incredibly caring and dedicated to providing top-quality treatment. I rarely leave feedback, but tonight's interaction was so disheartening that I felt compelled to share my experience.

Terrible healthcare practice with zero patient compassion

I'm reluctantly giving 1 star because the rating system requires a minimum rating, and if possible, I would rate this zero. This medical practice is arguably the most appalling I've ever experienced in my lifetime. The physicians are overwhelmingly pompous and demonstrate a complete absence of patient compassion. Their approach appears mechanical, processing patients like an assembly line, dispensing generic advice without any personalized or thoughtful medical consideration. I currently have an official complaint filed with the General Medical Council concerning this practice, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear. Your health is paramount, and obtaining accurate guidance and appropriate treatment is crucial. This facility makes patients feel utterly degraded and like an inconvenient nuisance merely by entering their premises. Their professional conduct and patient care standards are shockingly and unacceptably poor.
