If someone isn't committed to supporting patients and assisting those who are unwell, they shouldn't be working in a medical reception role. Despite these frustrating experiences, I want to emphasize that the doctors themselves are exceptional - I've found every physician I've seen to be incredibly caring and dedicated to providing top-quality treatment. I rarely leave feedback, but tonight's interaction was so disheartening that I felt compelled to share my experience.

This medical practice is arguably the most appalling I've ever experienced in my lifetime. The physicians are overwhelmingly pompous and demonstrate a complete absence of patient compassion. Their approach appears mechanical, processing patients like an assembly line, dispensing generic advice without any personalized or thoughtful medical consideration. I currently have an official complaint filed with the General Medical Council concerning this practice, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear. Your health is paramount, and obtaining accurate guidance and appropriate treatment is crucial. This facility makes patients feel utterly degraded and like an inconvenient nuisance merely by entering their premises. Their professional conduct and patient care standards are shockingly and unacceptably poor.
