Frustrating wait and incorrect information left me disappointed

I was left waiting for more than 60 minutes past my scheduled time. While the physician was cordial and expressed regret for the delay, such tardiness is simply unacceptable. This appointment had been booked well in advance, and the medical center didn't even appear to be particularly crowded. To compound my frustration, my daughter was promised informational materials about her medical condition, but when they arrived, they were completely incorrect - meaning I now have to spend additional time pursuing the right documentation.
