Patient feedback reveals a distinctly mixed experience across appointment access, waiting times, reception courtesy, and clinical care. Many patients report significant difficulties securing appointments, with common complaints about lengthy phone queues, unavailable time slots, and staff suggesting patients call back repeatedly without resolution. Extended waiting times feature prominently, with patients describing waits of one to three hours despite pre-booked appointments. Reception experience varies considerably, with some patients praising courteous and efficient staff who demonstrate helpfulness and warmth, whilst others describe dismissive, discourteous, and unhelpful interactions that have deterred them from continuing care at the practice.
Clinical care receives more consistent positive feedback, with patients frequently commending physicians for attentive listening, professional conduct, and compassionate communication. However, some patients report experiences of dismissive medical advice and perceived lack of proper examination. A notable pattern emerges regarding phone communication responsiveness, with multiple patients expressing frustration at engaged lines, dropped calls, and difficulty reaching the practice for urgent matters. Several long-standing patients have chosen to leave the practice citing cumulative frustration with access barriers, despite acknowledging the quality of doctors themselves.
The practice appears to face systemic challenges around appointment scheduling efficiency and telephone accessibility that significantly impact patient satisfaction, even where clinical care quality is recognised. Patients consistently highlight the need for improved communication systems, better management of appointment availability, and more responsive reception processes to address the gap between positive clinical experiences and negative administrative interactions.

Bad!
Terrible service at this uncaring medical clinic
They've got me in a terrible situation. They completely rejected my needs and showed zero compassion. They're utterly indifferent to patients' concerns. This is absolutely the most terrible medical facility I've ever encountered.

Terrible healthcare service that left me frustrated and helpless
I've been a patient at this practice for three decades, and the quality has steadily declined. While the doctors themselves are pleasant, scheduling and actually getting an appointment is incredibly frustrating. I've experienced multiple instances where asthma check-ups were cancelled after I'd already arrived, despite providing my contact details repeatedly, which they consistently manage to record incorrectly. During my most recent asthma appointment that I actually attended, no diagnostic tests were performed, no written action plan was provided, and the nurse was incredibly unprofessional. Currently, I only have a reliever inhaler during this season, with no preventer. Today, my appointment was cancelled yet again. I've finally decided to switch to another medical practice. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous.

Bad!
Terrible medical practice with awful patient care
Absolutely dreadful medical practice. The receptionist (Cath, an elderly redhead) was hostile and falsely suggested I was fabricating my medication needs (apparently due to concerns about drug seekers). Attempting to file a complaint was practically impossible, and the manager was perpetually unavailable to address concerns. Their appointment system was utterly chaotic. Patients were required to enter, receive a number, and wait endlessly just to schedule another appointment at the reception desk. Moreover, patients were effectively trapped inside (I was confined for nearly three hours). Dr. Obilande seemed pleasant, and I genuinely sympathized with her, given the surgery's abysmal management. I ultimately returned to my previous healthcare provider because the experience was so horrendous, particularly after being treated with utter disdain by Cath regarding my essential epilepsy medication. Significant systemic reforms are crucial if this practice hopes to deliver acceptable care for both patients and its medical staff.

Bad!
Worst medical experience of my entire life
I've been coming to this medical practice for decades, but I'm done. Steer clear of this place! When did having a handful of basic qualifications suddenly make a receptionist think they're qualified to play doctor? I wasted nearly an hour standing in line while the front desk staff attempted to determine if I'm worthy of seeing an actual physician. Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating! 😠

Terrible first visit with endless frustration and delays
I recently signed up with this medical practice and had an absolutely dreadful initial experience. I couldn't schedule an advance consultation with a physician regarding an urgent medical concern due to unavailable time slots, but was advised to return at 8am the following day for an appointment. I was also instructed to bring specific documentation. Accordingly, I returned the next morning, booked an appointment, and brought supporting documents for verification. The nurse reviewed the paperwork and confirmed their acceptability, assigning me a time slot. Arriving 10 minutes early proved to be a strategic error, as I ultimately waited over an hour beyond my scheduled time to see the doctor, only to be informed that the documents I had previously shown to the nurse were inadequate. The physician offered some perfunctory apologies before essentially dismissing me and instructing me to return with the correct documentation. In total, I squandered approximately two hours queuing and waiting, only to be essentially told to try again. My recommendation would be to seek medical care elsewhere if possible, as this practice demonstrates complete incompetence.

Average!
Frustrating appointment process but great medical staff
I believe the appointment scheduling process could be more streamlined, perhaps by establishing a dedicated desk or offering phone booking. Regrettably, I spent an exasperating 50 minutes in the morning trying to secure a same-day doctor's appointment, waiting in a seemingly endless queue for what should have been a mere 2-minute task. Despite this frustration, I must commend the doctor and staff, who were exceptionally professional and supportive.

Awful staff overshadow great doctors at this clinic
The personnel at this facility are absolutely hopeless and completely inept. They seem to lack even basic knowledge about anything. Their attitude is extremely discourteous, and they provide zero assistance whatsoever. While the physicians are excellent, the staff's poor performance seriously undermines the quality of this medical practice.

Terrible service and long wait times avoid
More warmth is needed at the front desk!!!!!!!!!! And why schedule appointments if everyone has to wait an hour just to see the doctor??? Avoid booking with this place!!!

Poor!
Terrible doctor ruins medical practice with soup advice
I've been a patient at this medical practice for years, and during Dr. Bassi's time, everything was excellent. Now, apart from Dr. Oblandi and Dr. Mursi, I rarely see anyone else. However, Dr. Sanjay is absolutely the most unprofessional and disrespectful healthcare provider I've ever encountered. His communication with patients is shockingly rude, and when challenged, he becomes defensive and unreasonable. I once visited with a mouth infection, and his dismissive advice was simply to eat lentil soup - which resulted in my hospitalization just two days later. Similarly, when my son was seriously unwell, Dr. Sanjay's ludicrous recommendation was to go home and feed him gravy and lentil soup! We subsequently consulted an out-of-hours doctor who was appalled and immediately prescribed necessary medication. I firmly believe this practice needs to remove Dr. Sanjay, who would be better suited working in a health food store preparing soup rather than treating patients. While Dr. Mursi and Dr. Oblandi are exceptional physicians, Dr. Sanjay's abysmal attitude and complete lack of professional conduct have seriously damaged this surgery's reputation.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff
Absolutely terrible surgical experience! The personnel displayed zero compassion and were incredibly discourteous, with the receptionist from Bangladesh being particularly unhelpful. She consistently obstructs appointment scheduling, and the waiting times are unbearable - I ended up sitting in the waiting room for almost three hours despite having a pre-booked appointment.

Terrible service from racist and unhelpful staff
The customer service is terrible. The Bangladeshi staff member displays racist behavior and is unhelpful. She provides incomplete information, which consistently causes us significant difficulties. Moreover, she is uncooperative and always makes excuses to avoid scheduling an appointment.
