Getting in touch with this company is absolutely futile. I've been attempting to reach them via phone for countless hours over multiple days, with zero success. The whole situation is completely absurd... According to their promise at 111, they were supposed to contact me this morning, yet I've received absolutely no communication whatsoever.

Incompetent staff failed vulnerable patient

Where do I even begin!!! As a support worker for a vulnerable individual registered at this practice, I can only describe the front desk staff as utterly incompetent and brain-dead. They are completely useless at performing the basic tasks required for their job. I sent an email precisely 14 days ago about a query that has been outstanding since July, and two weeks later, I've received absolutely no response. If the senior management is this unresponsive, how can we expect the front desk staff to have any clue about proper procedures? I've been forced to re-register the vulnerable patient's family with another GP practice due to their constant dismissive attitude when attempting to address issues in person. Phone calls are NEVER returned, even when they explicitly promise to get back to you. It's COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! THIS PRACTICE DESERVES ZERO RECOGNITION. The vulnerable patient continues to receive online booking links despite clearly being unable to use them, and the incompetent front desk staff persist in sending these links even after being explicitly told not everyone can book online. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

During a recent visit in mid-February 2024, I encountered exceptional service. Anca at the front desk has been particularly impressive and professional. I'm truly satisfied with her performance. Dr. Shefa and Dr. Julekha are extraordinary medical professionals who deserve immense gratitude. Their compassionate care was nothing short of life-saving. Words cannot adequately express the depth of my appreciation for these remarkable individuals. The entire reception team radiates kindness and warmth. Rude receptionist ruined my entire visit

I've been here just a short time with a nurse, and the reception staff are completely unhelpful. The receptionist bluntly stated "I can't help you" and immediately turned to speak with the person behind me. When I tried to interject that I wasn't done, she promptly started assisting the next patient. I'm bewildered by these receptionists and their approach. They're supposedly here to support patients, yet their attitude demonstrates absolute disinterest in providing any assistance. I'm not entirely certain of her name, but I believe another receptionist referred to her as Shajna.

This GP in East London seems mediocre, always prescribing paracetamol regardless of symptom severity. A significant issue is walk-in patients without appointments disrupting the clinic's flow. These unscheduled individuals create tension, causing loud arguments that disturb already unwell patients. The practice's website clearly outlines booking procedures, yet many ignore these instructions. Why not utilize online or phone booking systems? Same-day urgent appointments are readily available if truly necessary, contrary to what these disruptive individuals claim. Their behavior appears intentional, seemingly seeking confrontation due to an inability to follow basic protocols. These walk-ins are inconsiderate and create unnecessary public disturbances. The reception staff should consistently and firmly enforce appointment rules, refusing entry to those who don't follow proper procedures. Their lack of respect is frustrating for everyone involved. My recommendation to potential residents: avoid East London, as the area seems populated by inconsiderate, careless, and incompetent individuals who cannot manage simple administrative tasks.

Awful reception and endless wait times

I've never experienced such terrible service in my life. After enduring a 40-minute wait to speak with reception, they abruptly hung up on me, forcing me to visit in person. When I arrived, two receptionists mockingly exchanged glances and began laughing at my situation. Their sample collection process is consistently unreliable - they never follow up, leaving me to constantly track down results. Booking an appointment is a nightmare, and when you finally manage to schedule one, it's inevitably scheduled two months in the future! It's painfully obvious they cater exclusively to a select group of clients. Their professionalism is non-existent, with the administrative staff being particularly discourteous and disrespectful. This establishment is so incompetent that it would be better repurposed for literally anything else - it's an absolute waste of space and resources!

I was waiting for my appointment, and despite clearly being next in line, the receptionist Nazifa completely ignored me and offered assistance to a male customer behind me. When I tried to get her attention, she responded rudely by questioning whether I had an appointment and then directing me to go make a blood test appointment elsewhere.

Frustrating morning at this chaotic clinic

This establishment is a complete mess with terrible operational practices. Phone communication is virtually non-existent, and their online scheduling is incredibly restrictive, only allowing bookings in the morning hours and shutting down midday. Every single time I visit, I'm guaranteed to wait a minimum of 15 minutes beyond my scheduled time, even for early appointments. They sent me to a pharmacy for an ear problem, only to have the pharmacy inform me they exclusively handle pediatric ear treatments. To make matters worse, during my most recent visit, their entire computer system was completely non-functional.

Dr. Kibria Abdul Mukith is a healthcare professional I feel compelled to discuss. Her performance as a general practitioner is deeply problematic, as she consistently demonstrates a complete lack of interest in understanding her patients' concerns. Endless wait for a simple referral

I'm preparing to switch healthcare providers. This is undoubtedly the most disorganized general practice I've ever been registered with. The medical staff, including doctors and physiotherapists, are wonderful, but the administrative team is completely ineffective. Getting appointments has been a constant struggle, and even basic paperwork has taken an absurdly long time to process. Most recently, after submitting a referral, 11 weeks have passed with absolutely no action taken. I even attempted to file a complaint, and they didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge it. I feel conflicted saying this, but I would genuinely advise avoiding this practice if possible, both for your own well-being and theirs - I genuinely don't believe they can manage their current patient load, let alone take on any more.
