It's impossible to connect with them via phone. I'm fine with waiting on hold, but when a medical practice lacks a working telephone system, it raises serious concerns. The call disconnects immediately after selecting a menu option. Absolutely unacceptable!

Confusing referral leads to unnecessary hospital visit

Referred to a fresh medical facility on Albion Street, only to be informed my appointment was now at Oxford Street. Given my mobility challenges, I couldn't possibly travel that far. Utterly frustrating and ultimately forced to visit the emergency department, rendering my doctor's referral completely pointless.

Exceptional care and service at st peter's medical centre

I had an excellent interaction with St Peter's medical centre. Upon calling right at their opening time of 08:30, I was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered promptly, even with several other callers waiting. They generously provided me with a same-day appointment at a convenient local site. Every staff member I encountered, from the initial receptionist to the medical practitioners, demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a comforting demeanor. Much appreciation to the entire team! :)

Truly impressive level of service from the medical team and front desk personnel - they've even addressed their previous lamination hiccup! My only minor suggestion would be to add some sanitizing wipes near the touch screens, particularly if we're genuinely continuing to use them in this post-pandemic era.

During my visit today, I was greeted with exceptional warmth and professionalism from the moment I arrived, starting with the receptionist and continuing through to the nurse, and I'm confident the doctors maintain the same high standard. This is truly a welcoming and bustling urban medical center. Many of their healthcare professionals have dedicated years to this practice, despite having opportunities to work in more tranquil settings, which speaks volumes about their commitment and expertise. While I understand it can be challenging to secure an appointment, I believe it's unfair to criticize them for this, as they serve an incredibly diverse patient population. The reception staff are incredibly compassionate, consistently demonstrating exceptional dedication to assisting patients and always taking the time to carefully listen and find solutions. I've consulted multiple physicians at this clinic, and each has provided outstanding care for both my infant and myself. Terrible medical centre with zero patient care

This medical centre is an absolute nightmare! They display a complete lack of respect and an overwhelming sense of superiority when dealing with patients. Both the reception staff and doctors consistently fail to listen to patients; instead, they create unnecessary complications rather than showing any real compassion, and they frequently make errors! A prime example, among many, is their failure to ensure my heart medication was available on time despite sufficient advance warning. As a result, after three decades of patience, I've transferred to a different practice. This new medical centre has dramatically highlighted just how poorly St Peter's medical centre is managed and how disconnected their GPs are from patient needs. Given that I have several chronic conditions requiring lifelong medication and regular medical interaction, my experience with them has been consistently distressing, anxiety-inducing, and deeply frustrating!

Terrible medical practice with incompetent staff

I consider this to be the absolute worst medical facility I've encountered. Their service is deplorable, with blood test results taking over two weeks and the wrong tests being performed. As a healthcare professional, I find this level of incompetence completely unacceptable. I made multiple attempts to address the issue with their staff, but they were entirely unhelpful and showed zero concern for resolving my problem. Consequently, I missed a critical job deadline due to their negligence. My strong advice is to avoid this practice at all costs.

Terrible service and endless waiting at doctor's office

Spent more than 60 minutes on a call, ultimately being instructed to ring again the next day to schedule an appointment. When I followed their advice and called back in the morning, I endured a 30-minute wait, only to be abruptly disconnected while being transferred to reception. The entire experience with this medical practice has been incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Being put on hold during a phone call is par for the course - that's understandable. What's truly frustrating is when, after enduring a long wait (seemingly because other callers have given up in exasperation), you finally reach the front of the queue only to find that their reception line keeps ringing endlessly with no one bothering to answer.

Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced

Complete farce attempting to reach their support. Spent nearly an hour waiting, and when I'm next or almost next in line, the hold signal replaces the usual music. Frustratingly, in 90% of attempts, the call either disconnects after a few minutes or the signal continues endlessly with no one answering.

Disappointing decline in medical service quality

This medical practice was once highly regarded, and I previously held them in high esteem. Regrettably, that is no longer the case. Securing an appointment with a general practitioner has become extremely challenging, and when you do manage to schedule one, it's typically a phone consultation a week later. The clinic's approach to communication is frustratingly passive - they expect patients to chase their own blood test results, and when you do follow up, you receive an automated message stating a doctor will contact you in a week's time. Even more dismaying, when the GP eventually calls, they appear completely unaware of the context of the call. I shudder to contemplate the potential consequences if a patient were dealing with a serious medical condition!

Frustrating delays and poor communication with practice

I recently signed up with this medical practice. When I attempted to call early in the week around 8:30am to secure a same-day appointment, I was unable to connect after waiting approximately an hour. Switching to their online platform, I submitted an e-consult request, initially being assured of a response by Tuesday. Subsequently, I received another communication pushing the expected response date to Thursday. As of today, Friday, I remain without any communication from the practice.
