Terrible medical service with no sense of urgency
On 6/09/2022, I rang the medical practice to schedule an appointment for my girlfriend, following their request for her to book urgently due to medication review needs. Initially, I was informed that all appointment slots were fully booked and was instructed to call back on 12/09/2022. Despite the apparent urgency of the situation, I reluctantly agreed to wait. When I called back on Monday, I endured nearly 20 minutes on hold before hanging up due to work commitments. After making three additional calls, each involving approximately 20 minutes of waiting, I finally reached a receptionist who simply told me to try again next Monday. Even after detailing the critical nature of the appointment and its supposed urgency, the receptionist merely offered a generic apology for any inconvenience. I am absolutely astonished and deeply frustrated that an appointment deemed urgent by the surgery itself appears to be treated with such apparent indifference. The level of service provided is completely unacceptable and has left me thoroughly disgusted.

I am deeply concerned about the manner in which your practice operates, displaying an utterly unprofessional and unresponsive approach to service. Fundamentally, you are completely incompetent, and I am certain that other patients share my sentiment. While I could submit an official complaint, it would be futile - there aren't enough resources or recommendations in the world to remedy the disaster you call a medical practice. What kind of surgery has Google reviews describing staff as abusive to patients? You should be shut down immediately. In fact, I am filing a complaint because if I performed my job with the same level of negligence you demonstrate, I would have been terminated on my first day. It's an absolute joke.

Terrible doctor's practice with shocking patient treatment
This general practitioner is absolutely dreadful. The doctor verbally mistreated my wife and a friend with special needs. Their appointment scheduling is archaic, forcing patients to call on the same day for a slot. Getting through on the phone is incredibly challenging, and when you finally do connect, you're immediately told there are no available appointments, despite it being just moments after the office opens.

Worst reception staff ever at this medical practice
The reception staff at this medical practice is absolutely appalling. The woman working the front desk is undeniably the most unprofessional employee I've ever encountered. Her communication style is shockingly disrespectful, with a condescending tone and constant sarcasm that makes patients feel utterly insignificant. Her attitude is so toxic that it's astonishing she remains employed. Every interaction leaves me feeling belittled and humiliated, which is the complete opposite of how healthcare staff should treat patients. When I call with a medical concern, I expect basic human decency and compassion, not mockery and disdain. Instead, I'm met with eye-rolling and snide comments that make me dread every interaction. I genuinely feel sympathy for anyone who must regularly interact with her, whether professionally or personally. Her behavior is so consistently awful that I've never ended a phone call feeling anything other than frustrated and disrespected. I earnestly look forward to the day I no longer have to endure her abrasive and unprofessional demeanor.

Proceed with caution. Registering with this practice is deceptively complicated. The initial form seems straightforward, but after three weeks, you'll discover you've only completed half the process. They'll insist on online registration, followed by another week of silence. You'll find yourself physically visiting the surgery to confirm your registration status, only to be left waiting outside despite ample space. When you finally manage to inquire about your registration, you'll be met with the stunning revelation that they haven't received it. The absurdity becomes almost comical - why do something efficiently when you can repeatedly complicate it? En route home, you'll receive a fleeting phone call lasting mere seconds. Attempting to return the call becomes an exercise in patience, explaining your missed call while being informed that your alleged swearing might jeopardize your registration - for a registration they claim never arrived. The frustration stems from their incompetence, not personal attacks. Ultimately, 111 becomes a more reliable option. This bureaucratic nightmare perfectly illustrates why our nation struggles with mounting mental health challenges, constantly navigating systems designed to exhaust and frustrate at every turn.
