Terrible service and endless wait for appointments

Completely useless medical practice, I've been a patient here since childhood and the quality of care is continuously declining. It's impossible to secure an appointment, even if you arrive first thing in the morning. I tried to book a consultation today, and the earliest slot they could offer was in the second week of July. Truly frustrating and unacceptable.

Utterly unacceptable! My elderly mother has been waiting endlessly to get her B-12 injection appointment, only to receive a sudden cancellation call with zero explanation. No details about why the appointment was cancelled or when it might be rescheduled were provided. When I attempted to get clarity by calling the surgery, I encountered Becky, the receptionist, who was incredibly unhelpful and appeared thoroughly annoyed at having to do her job. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. This is evidently a recurring issue with their front desk staff. I wouldn't rate this medical practice even a single star. My mother suffers from critical health issues, and every attempt to schedule an appointment is met with unavailability. They instruct patients to call at 8am sharp, but when I ring at 8:01am, they claim no slots are open. It's absolutely unacceptable and warrants reporting to the Care Quality Commission for their complete failure to manage patients' urgent medical needs and provide in-person consultations. Fortunately, we've transitioned to a superior practice that will properly address my mother's health concerns. I strongly urge immediate reporting of this substandard surgery.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

This is absolutely one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I called precisely at 7:59am and within 59 seconds, I was put on hold at 14th in line. The next day, I fortunately booked a doctor's consultation for my daughter who had cut her ankle and was treated in Emergency. After a few days, we needed to show her foot to the GP because it didn't look right. Around 7pm, the doctor asked me to send a picture of the foot. After reviewing, she said the wound needed cleaning and antibiotics due to infection. I requested a next morning appointment through the nurse, and the doctor assured me we would be treated. However, when I called, the reception staff claimed the nurses were busy on Thursday and suggested I go to urgent care. It's ridiculous that a 10-minute procedure would require me to wait 4-5 hours at urgent care, which should be for genuine emergencies, not routine appointments. I desperately wanted to speak with the nurse but was unable to do so.

Terrible service at gp since covid pandemic

The quality of this general practice has significantly declined since the pandemic. I'm thoroughly frustrated by the challenges in securing an appointment. The reception staff consistently advise patients to call 111 for urgent matters, which is absurd. Do they believe people visit their GP without genuine need? It's not as if they're constantly overwhelmed. Whenever I pass by, the waiting area is nearly empty with just a handful of patients. I cannot comprehend why obtaining an appointment here has become such an arduous process.
