Terrible medical center with unprofessional staff nightmare
I'd give a 0 if I could. The woman at the reception is incredibly discourteous, and her coworker is equally immature. They show no empathy for patients and dismissively push them aside. Their demeanor and communication resemble that of high school students manning the front desk. Paramedic nearly used a soiled ear thermometer on me, but I noticed the wax and asked if she would change it first. Utterly reprehensible service. This occurred some time ago. Today's incident: it took almost 90 minutes to get through, and Chloe at reception laughed when I explained the delay. This is neither professional nor what a patient anticipates after spending extensive time scheduling an appointment. Frankly, the front desk staff have no idea how to interact with patients. Edit: I scheduled a blood test in early July for month's end, but they altered the appointment without notifying me. The blood testing physician offered no assistance, claiming she was too busy to help me resolve the issue. These doctors seem to have lost all sense of care. Me: (entering after being called) Hello Her: sit there I observed her collecting three blood tubes and inquired about the reason and whether it matched my request. She replied that she simply follows the doctor's instructions. Clearly, she knew exactly what she was doing. Her abrupt and unwelcoming comments are inappropriate, especially considering patients are already feeling vulnerable due to health concerns. The minimum expectation is a courteous reception, regardless of personal feelings.

Terrible service and no doctor callback nightmare
The setup for this service is completely dysfunctional. You're forced to complete an absurd form just to get a doctor's callback. The receptionist told me to keep my phone on and assured me a doctor would contact me, but surprise - no call ever came. I can't even get through to my GP to understand what's happening, and it's clearly not functioning properly. I'm definitely not alone in my frustration - just check out the numerous negative reviews from other equally disappointed patients. Whoever designed this online system should be thoroughly embarrassed. The whole process is completely unacceptable. End of story.

This medical practice - my family's primary care provider - requires significant enhancement. Their communication infrastructure is practically non-functional. The GP has delayed approving medications prescribed last week, compelling me to contact them today to resolve the issue. As a result, I'll need to make an additional trip to the pharmacy. Stamford Hill group practice is exceptional, with doctors, nurses, and therapists who are truly outstanding. I've been away up north for seven months and am eager to return and re-register with this practice that genuinely listens and takes patients seriously. Since the pandemic, their booking system has undergone changes, and there can be a phone wait to schedule appointments, but I've noticed improvements and it's gradually becoming more streamlined. Apart from minor booking process adjustments, I have absolutely no criticisms. I'm really looking forward to returning with my son and daughter, and especially my dog Cheyenne, who apparently misses her favorite doctor, Dr. Barker.

Stamford Hill Group Practice - the issue lies with your management, not your patients. Attempting to schedule an appointment is an exercise in frustration, with two weeks of futile attempts. But rest assured, if you dare to visit in person, they'll swiftly explain why you're mistaken and boast about having five staff members answering phones. I arrived at 8am to finally try booking an appointment in person, and within 15 minutes, two additional groups appeared with similar complaints. When three separate individuals raise concerns about the same problem within 15 minutes of your practice opening, it is unequivocally clear that the fault resides with your organization, not the patients.

If they would charge patients, like healthcare systems in other countries do, the service might improve and become more human-centered.
