I didn't anticipate much improvement, even with positive recommendations. How mistaken I was!! Every staff member I've encountered has been exceptional. They strike a perfect balance of being warm and compassionate while maintaining complete professionalism. I always strive to be respectful and courteous in my interactions, and they consistently respond in kind. I absolutely cannot praise this surgery enough. 10/10

Horrific doctor visit traumatized vulnerable heart patient

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL ENCOUNTER I'VE EVER ENDURED! From the start, the front desk staff are consistently discourteous and completely unhelpful! As a heart patient with a critical cardiac condition, I've been experiencing irregular heart rhythms over the past week. I'm already under a cardiologist's care in London. Following my specialist's instructions, I sought an urgent appointment with my GP for a comprehensive cardiac assessment and emergency ECG, which led me to Dr Charles Elliott. Upon explaining my situation, I was subjected to a shocking verbal assault and aggressive intimidation. He was furious that my cardiologist referred me to their practice instead of the emergency room, and he viciously redirected his anger directly at me. I left his office trembling uncontrollably, experiencing severe heart palpitations and overwhelming nausea, genuinely believing I was on the brink of a cardiac event. Despite living with a congenital heart condition, I have never encountered such a horrifically unprofessional medical interaction. The experience was so devastating that my sister had to file a complaint on my behalf, as I was completely incapacitated. No apology has been forthcoming. I am absolutely determined to abandon this practice immediately. The level of unprofessionalism displayed is utterly incomprehensible!

I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Roshini Patel, who ranks among the most unprofessional physicians I've encountered. During my wife's appointment, the doctor displayed an extremely discourteous demeanor and completely failed to provide any medical guidance. We left the consultation without receiving any meaningful advice or treatment plan. I urge the relevant healthcare authorities, particularly the NHS, to take action against medical professionals who demonstrate such blatant disregard for patient welfare and appear to treat their responsibilities with alarming indifference.

Terrible customer service. I brought my infant for a scheduled visit and was left waiting from 10:20 to 10:50 AM. The experience was absolutely unacceptable. This seems to be a recurring issue, and they show no concern for patients, especially babies. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Absolutely dreadful encounter with a receptionist who seems to believe they possess medical expertise! Irrespective of the symptoms, they insist on directing patients with children to the pharmacy, flatly refusing to connect you with a general practitioner!! We ultimately had to resort to the emergency department, where the on-call physician was utterly stunned by the ordeal we endured just to get our child medical attention!!!

Called the medical center to inquire about my critical blood test results as recommended by my physician, but encountered a dismissive receptionist who claimed the results weren't ready so soon. I suggested she consult with the doctor before making assumptions, but she seemed eager to argue. Given my current health challenges, I had no energy for confrontation. Her demeanor was incredibly disrespectful and insensitive. I plan to escalate this matter with the practice management. This staff member needs to be reminded about the importance of empathy and professional communication, rather than rushing to unfounded judgments.

Efficient doctor saves day with quick medical intervention

On July 27th, 2023, I experienced a sudden esophageal blockage when my routine morning water and Weetabix unexpectedly became stuck and were subsequently rejected. Fortunately, I secured an urgent consultation with Dr. Snell at midday. Recognizing the severity of my condition, she attempted to contact the Gastroenterology unit at Frimley Park Hospital's A&E but was unsuccessful via telephone. Swiftly determining the most efficient path to medical intervention, she compiled a comprehensive letter detailing my medical background and the urgent circumstances, then directed me to the A&E department. By 3 PM, I was being evaluated and scheduled for an Endoscopy. Over the subsequent hours, I was thoroughly interviewed by a Consultant and Anaesthetist. At midnight, I was transported to the Operating Theatre and awakened at 2:30 AM in the Recovery suite, remarkably unaware of the medical procedure. Apart from a slight headache, I felt completely relaxed and was genuinely astonished by the extensive care provided by numerous compassionate professionals, particularly Dr. Snell, whose rapid and effective communication orchestrated this entire sequence of events, ultimately delivering both physical and emotional relief for myself and my wife. We are immensely grateful to have such a competent medical professional as Dr. Jane Snell as our local practitioner, available for any potential future needs.
