I arrived for a pre-scheduled blood test appointment, which was initially arranged by a staff member at station road. Upon checking in at reception, I waited for about ten minutes before being approached and questioned about my purpose for being there. I was then informed that they no longer perform blood tests. Despite explaining that their own staff had booked this appointment, my argument was dismissed. This entire experience was an absolute waste of time, especially considering I had left work early and traveled nearly forty miles. I've been a patient at this surgery for over three decades, and now it has devolved into complete disorganization. I have zero confidence that any improvement is possible.

Update: Laura at the front desk is unquestionably the most discourteous and ill-mannered individual I've ever encountered. Her interactions are consistently demeaning, and she fails to show any empathy or consideration for people's unique situations. While there's a prominent notice stating that staff won't accept abusive behavior, ironically, her own conduct is equally unacceptable. I absolutely refuse to be degraded and made to feel utterly insignificant by her unprofessional attitude.

Absolutely steer clear of this place! The wait times are unbearable, with reception taking a minimum of 90 minutes before even acknowledging you. They once informed me I'd need to wait 21 days just to get crucial test results. One of the reception staff members is incredibly discourteous. I strongly advise finding an alternative medical practice. The physicians are completely incompetent, prescribing me three rounds of antibiotics for an incorrect diagnosis, rendering their treatment entirely ineffective.
