Excellent!

Exceptional medical care with compassionate and swift service

I am deeply appreciative of Dr Knigge and the medical team for their exceptional and incredibly compassionate healthcare. They are also committed to delivering services with utmost speed and efficiency. Previously, their front desk staff seemed somewhat brusque, but that has completely changed. Now they are truly accommodating and friendly. On the whole, I find the current level of service to be outstanding, and I can enthusiastically award them a perfect five-star rating.

Frustrating service with poor communication and scheduling

When attempting to schedule a phone consultation, be cautious as their calls come from a hidden number, which might cause your mobile to block or decline the call. Moreover, they fail to leave a voicemail, leaving you in the dark. The consequence? You'll be stuck waiting a staggering two weeks for your next available appointment. Absolutely unacceptable!

Worst customer service experience ever waiting forever

38 minutes and counting, attempting to schedule an appointment has been an absolute nightmare. The new policy restricts calling just once daily, and the earliest available slot on the app is November 15th. After all this time, I'm still second in line - it's utterly ridiculous. How much longer must I remain on hold? I'm tempted to give up, yet curiosity keeps me hanging on, wondering just how long this wait will drag out...still stuck here at 38 minutes.

Dangerous dismissive care at station road surgery

Use with caution. At 21, I visited Station Road Surgery with my symptoms, only to be dismissively told 'it's *ONLY* endometriosis' (a serious condition that shouldn't be minimized) and advised to take 'pain killers' until I potentially 'plan to have a baby'. After persistently requesting a hospital referral, I discovered a tumour on my ovary five times larger than the ovary itself. The hospital doctors emphasized how critical and fortunate it was that I pursued further investigation. Had I followed the GP's initial advice, I would still be suffering and potentially facing more severe health complications. Subsequently, I sought help for another issue and was completely dismissed. The GP's patronizing attitude left me feeling insignificant and discouraged, preventing me from immediately scheduling a follow-up. Am I still experiencing symptoms? Absolutely. Most recently, I had a collarbone lump x-rayed, with a promised two-week turnaround for results. After a month of silence and unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I'm forced to persistently try calling again tomorrow. Each call requires waiting nearly 20 minutes to reach someone. The practice seems to lack a sense of urgency or importance. The receptionists appear to treat their role mechanically, often being unhelpful or rude, depending on who answers. Their primary issue is extreme slowness. After six years of using this GP practice, my experience has been consistently poor, and I have zero confidence in their expertise. If you use their services, proceed with extreme caution. While avoiding hypochondria, trust your instincts and body. If the information from the GPs feels unsatisfactory, continue pushing until you're completely confident. My persistence potentially saved me from ongoing suffering and undetected health risks.

Worst medical experience ever wasted my time

Absolutely dreadful service! I wasted nearly an hour only to be told to reschedule with the nurse, and the next available slot is a whopping 6 weeks away! Completely unacceptable. I won't be returning to this place ever again.

Caring staff make this medical practice exceptional

The front desk staff consistently demonstrate exceptional helpfulness and warmth. I've been thoroughly impressed by the medical professionals, especially noting Elaine and Dr Thebe as standout practitioners. The convenient option to schedule consultations outside standard business hours is a significant plus for me. I wholeheartedly endorse this medical practice and want to express my gratitude for their dedicated service.

Worst medical reception experience ever

I'm aware that medical office receptionists have a stereotypical reputation, but GOODNESS do these individuals absolutely epitomize that stereotype! The level of discourtesy here is truly remarkable, with the front desk staff desperately requiring a comprehensive training session in basic human decency and customer service.

Compassionate care for neurodivergent patients

Absolutely the top surgical practice I've encountered. As an individual on the autism spectrum, I struggle immensely with scheduling consultations, waiting areas, and being in close proximity to unfamiliar people. This medical team demonstrates such remarkable compassion that during a particularly challenging moment when I experienced a complete emotional breakdown and collapsed, they were incredibly supportive, ensuring I was able to leave independently rather than being transported on a medical gurney. I sincerely hope they continue their exceptional approach. In the past, I've been dismissed from medical care due to my perceived "difficult" behavior, but my autism manifests in very typical ways during these overwhelming moments. It's profoundly distressing that so few healthcare providers are willing to make an effort to comprehend and assist patients like myself.

Worst customer service ever terrible experience

Absolutely appalling... spent more than 60 minutes trying to get through, then endured a 20-minute wait only to be dismissed with a dismissive tone and instructed to call back tomorrow. Utterly unacceptable service.

Terrible medical service that left me frustrated

This medical practice is nothing short of a complete farce. Getting an appointment is practically impossible, and it's evident they're overwhelmed with patients and understaffed with physicians. The management is clearly incompetent. I've wasted over 40 minutes on hold, just waiting for someone to pick up the phone. The entire experience is utterly unacceptable and deplorable. I'm absolutely done with this healthcare provider and will be seeking private medical care. What a group of total incompetents.

Frustrating healthcare with endless waiting and delays

Abysmal experience trying to reach reception, with scarce appointment slots and a single phone line causing around 20-minute hold times. Despite the practice manager's promise to address these issues after my previous NHS choices feedback, absolutely no progress has been made. I'm seriously considering switching to a neighboring medical practice that offers weekend availability.
