The practice appears to be quite busy these days with a large number of patients. Reception staff could be more welcoming
I had an interaction with a receptionist today who came across as rather abrupt. I wish I had taken note of who it was. They didn't seem particularly approachable or considerate, and I felt they may not be well suited to their role. Apart from that one experience, the rest of the team have been consistently friendly and welcoming.

This practice is excellent, with a genuinely caring team throughout. All staff members are approachable and go out of their way to assist patients.
