During the pandemic, I encountered a deeply distressing situation where a medical professional at the clinic contacted child protective services, falsely claiming I was endangering my children by potentially exposing them to covid. Prior to my own positive test, the children had been under my care. As a result of the GP's intervention, my kids were relocated to their elderly grandparents' home. Tragically, one of my sons was covid-positive and subsequently infected the grandparents. Had the doctor chosen to communicate directly with me instead of blindly accepting the social worker's incomplete narrative, my parents would have been spared from potential exposure.

Unprofessional front desk staff, with only a handful of exceptions. Several receptionists seem completely disengaged, and I sincerely hope they either improve or get replaced. Most of them are clearly unfit for their current positions!

I've been seeing this general practice for over two and a half decades without significant problems, but scheduling an appointment has become incredibly frustrating. When you telephone their office, they insist appointments can only be made through their online system. Yet, when you attempt to book via their website, you're informed that they are not currently accepting digital bookings.
