The absolute lowest point of surgical care. I'm persistently frustrated by their complete disregard for patient well-being and total lack of responsiveness - and this feeling is amplified during my current pregnancy! While consulting with a physician offers slightly more attentive treatment, navigating through the receptionists and their cumbersome online scheduling process is an incredibly challenging ordeal!

Scheduling an appointment here is a nightmare. Every time I call, I'm greeted with the same frustrating line about being third in the queue. If they even bother to pick up after hours of waiting, their sole solution is to direct me to their online platform PATCHS, which frequently fails to load or function. Absolutely useless!

Incredible nurse saves lives with compassion and care

Nurse Carol is simply irreplaceable, and words cannot capture the depth of gratitude my family and I have for her. Her unwavering dedication quite literally saved my brother's life - had she not been persistent in re-running his blood tests and discovering his leukaemia, I doubt he would still be alive today. She meticulously treated my ulcerated leg over several months until it healed, supported me through numerous kidney surgeries, conducted regular diabetic screenings and blood tests, and even made home visits when required. Carol consistently demonstrates exceptional care, monitoring my parents' diabetes and COPD through frequent phone consultations, comprehensive health assessments, and consistent follow-ups. Her professional approach is matched only by her profound compassion, making her truly exceptional at her profession. Anyone fortunate enough to receive Carol's medical care is genuinely blessed. Terrible service and impossible to book appointment

I attempted to schedule an appointment by phone twice today, and both times I was left waiting for 30 minutes. The prolonged wait even caused shooting pains down my arms, forcing me to ultimately give up and disconnect the call. Despite having 4 or 5 staff members handling phone lines, it's absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to secure an appointment. No wonder the accident and emergency department is constantly overcrowded when patients can't even get through to book a simple consultation.

This surgery is absolutely the most terrible medical practice I've ever encountered. Their staff consistently ignore incoming calls while gossiping in the back office, leaving just a single person at the front desk who seems overwhelmed by long waiting lines. They've eliminated the convenient appointment booking app and now force patients to use a frustrating website registration process. The entire experience is completely unacceptable, with incredibly unhelpful and discourteous reception staff who are perpetually unavailable when patients need assistance. Frustrating medical mixup with wrong patient contact

I am not associated with this medical facility (I don't even reside in this part of the UK) yet I consistently receive text messages intended for another patient, inviting them to various appointments and support groups. Due to patient confidentiality - which I understand well as an NHS employee - I cannot disclose the patient's identity. This morning, I attempted multiple times to contact the health centre via email, but the messages were returned undelivered. I also tried calling three times without success and cannot submit an online inquiry since I'm not a registered patient. Previously, I contacted the practice regarding this same issue, but I continue to receive these text messages. As a result, I have now blocked the number. My purpose in sharing this is to hope that a representative from the practice will see this and provide me with a dependable way to address this matter. I am genuinely worried that the intended patient might be missing critical appointments and support.

Frustrating registration process with unclear covid restrictions

I reached out to inquire about registration and was instructed to come in and complete a form. Three days later, I was informed that due to COVID, they cannot register me because of insufficient medical staff. It seems they could have easily communicated this limitation during our initial phone conversation, unless they're selectively choosing who to accept. Ultimately, this entire process has been a complete misuse of my valuable time!
