Terrible healthcare experience at this miserable centre
A truly abysmal Health Centre that should be completely steered clear of!! "Perpetually overbooked" with wait times stretching into weeks just to receive an examination or test results, followed by additional waiting periods to consult a physician. The reception staff are extremely discourteous and display a complete lack of professionalism.

Terrible clinic with dangerous medical negligence and lies
Steer clear of this medical facility due to numerous problems, including denying patients necessary medical treatment and appointments that take an excessive amount of time to schedule. The staff demonstrates unprofessional behavior, with a particularly unhelpful manager who appears to habitually fabricate stories to mask her errors. Be warned that they will even document false statements in your personal medical file to protect themselves. This clinic is absolutely not a safe or reliable option for family healthcare. As a result, I've transferred my family's medical records to a different practice.

Rude staff ruins potential of good medical center
I never had the chance to interact with the physicians at this medical facility, but the reception staff, particularly the medical nurse, demonstrate an appalling and disrespectful attitude towards new patients. During my five visits for registration, the final attempt ended with the medical nurse flatly refusing to assist me when I arrived slightly late due to relocating and having a taxi driver unfamiliar with the route. I sensed an underlying discriminatory tone - was her dismissal based on my nationality? She deliberately chose to engage with another person instead of addressing my needs. Despite explaining my circumstances to the receptionist and emphasizing the significant distance I had traveled, the medical sister remained adamant about not processing my enrollment and instructed me to return another time. In response, I firmly declared my intention to never use this medical center again and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. It's truly unfortunate, as I've heard the doctors themselves are highly competent.

Mixed experience with doctors and terrible reception
Exceptional Medical Professionals. Front desk service is abysmal. This morning's attempt to contact the clinic was extremely challenging. Upon finally connecting, the Receptionist intentionally terminated the call. My subsequent call was met with equal indifference. While I understand an immediate appointment wasn't possible, the Receptionist refused to provide any constructive information about future availability and appeared increasingly irritated. When I inquired about her apparent frustration, she claimed background noise prevented clear communication. These are the individuals responsible for patient interactions. Shouldn't basic courtesy be a fundamental expectation? I truly dislike having to share such critical observations.

The general practitioners and nursing staff demonstrated remarkable compassion, with one particular doctor (now retired) who would consistently follow up the day after an appointment to ensure patient well-being. I've consistently secured appointments through their digital or automated booking system, typically by checking or calling during evening hours when slots become available. While children can always see a doctor by calling, there might be a waiting period. Regarding the front desk personnel, I've found them consistently helpful, pleasant, and impressively efficient. It seems peculiar that others have encountered such contrasting experiences, but from my perspective, I can only offer high praise for their outstanding service.

Their scheduling process is absolutely abysmal. The phone-based booking system offers merely two slots, both five days in the future. When I rang the medical center at 8:15am, all daily appointments were already filled. The receptionist was incredibly discourteous. It appears the practice manager completely ignores patient feedback, otherwise some meaningful changes would have been implemented by now.

Dangerous delay putting my son's health at risk
Absolutely appalling service; my young son was bleeding from a head injury with a small fracture, and despite having additional medical concerns, we were callously told to wait nearly two hours before being seen; no guidance was provided about alternative medical facilities like walk-in centers or emergency departments; the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and displayed zero compassion, speaking to me in a harsh, dismissive tone despite my being a long-standing patient of 13 years; I cannot emphasize enough how much I advise against anyone using this practice; when I re-entered through the main entrance, I overheard staff casually discussing our situation at the back of the reception area; ultimately, this is the final straw after experiencing a series of progressively worse encounters with this surgery.
