I would like to share some genuinely amazing feedback about a member of the nursing team. They are honestly one of the best nurses I have ever met. From the moment I saw them today, they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. During my appointment, they were smiling, laughing, and joking with me, which really helped calm my nerves and made the whole experience so pleasant. I asked them so many questions, and they answered every single one with patience, professionalism, and kindness. They took the time to explain everything clearly about what I was experiencing, what it meant, and what steps I could take next. They never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they went above and beyond by advising me on who to contact and which departments to reach out to regarding my concerns. Their guidance was incredibly helpful and reassuring. They genuinely care, and it really shows. This nurse is an outstanding healthcare professional, and I can honestly say I haven't met anyone like them at this practice or even in a hospital before. I'm really pleased with this GP practice. I relocated from a different local surgery and have found this one to be significantly better. The reception team are wonderfully friendly and supportive, and the clinical staff are excellent as well. My partner has also decided to register here after witnessing the improvements I've experienced. They provided excellent care when my young daughter attended for her immunisations. I would definitely suggest this practice to others.
