The clinician at my practice has been absolutely wonderful! Really supportive and went above and beyond. I felt genuinely cared for and like I had a clear plan for my wellbeing and moving forward. I hadn't visited the surgery since the pandemic and was feeling a bit disillusioned, but this experience has restored my confidence in the NHS and in people generally. Thank you so much.

My experience at the practice was very positive. The clinician listened carefully to my concerns and provided helpful responses that led to good results. I had been experiencing shoulder discomfort for an extended period, and the clinician arranged an ultrasound scan for me. Once the scan report was received, everything was managed well and sorted out promptly. I am hopeful that I will achieve complete relief from the pain soon. The clinician demonstrated strong knowledge and competence in their role, and it was clear they are genuinely passionate about their work. I was very satisfied with the care received.

Helpful doctors but rude reception staff

It is straightforward to obtain appointments with medical professionals, and the clinical staff provide good service. However, the reception team could be more courteous in their interactions with patients.

They always take the time to reassure their patients and explain things in such a way that anyone can understand. They often use diagrams to get their point across. They're full of knowledge, common sense and good humour.

I have been very satisfied with the service provided by this practice. The reception team are welcoming and supportive. I was able to secure a same-day in-person appointment when I called in the afternoon, and the wait time on the phone was minimal. This has been the best practice experience I have had since relocating to the area. I have consistently been able to obtain appointments when needed, and the practice communicates effectively through text notifications. My previous practice was not as satisfactory. Thank you.
