Rushed booking and zero flexibility
Filled out an extensive digital form to schedule a consultation. When they rang, they requested I come in within the next hour. Since I was working, I declined, and instead of proposing alternative time slots, they simply told me to 'attempt booking again next week'. An utterly nonsensical scheduling approach. They demand multiple clinic forms on the same day, and if you accidentally miss a single call, you must restart the entire frustrating process. The reception staff are unhelpful and won't even listen or accommodate specific appointment requests. Their communication is consistently poor. Doctors seemingly ignore patient forms, rendering the paperwork pointless. During my appointment, I was assigned a locum physician despite explicitly requesting otherwise, who was entirely unfamiliar with my medical history. The consultation lasted barely five minutes, with zero of my health concerns addressed. Throughout the year, test results have repeatedly gone missing, forcing me to personally chase documentation. Administrative staff consistently deflect responsibility, creating a circular blame game between admin and medical teams. This practice is so incompetent that I've frequently questioned whether seeking medical care here is worth the overwhelming stress and potential healthcare negligence. I strongly advise patients to register anywhere else. When I attempted to formally communicate my concerns, management responded with complete indifference and zero accountability. If possible, I'd rate this zero stars.

Receptionist's weird call ruined my trust
If healthcare professionals are going to be dishonest, why even work in this field? They phoned me, let it ring four times, and hung up before I could answer. Then, they sent me a text claiming they had attempted to reach me multiple times. Their conduct was absolutely appalling - these are people who are supposed to care for patients and maintain integrity! If you're going to fabricate stories, perhaps you should choose a different profession. Apparently, a receptionist was responsible for this deceitful communication. Until today, this GP practice had been excellent, particularly the doctors who were thorough in their examinations. I've been with them for around two years after leaving my previous GP, where many doctors were careless in their assessments and receptionists would rather send patients on wild goose chases than simply admit they couldn't help.

And they ask to pay 50 pounds for it and will make it in 30 working days! This is simply unimaginable impudence, and we, of course, will definitely change such a GP

My acquaintance, who is also a patient at this medical practice, was required by the Job Center to obtain a GP letter confirming his residential address. Shockingly, the clinic demands £50 for this service and claims it will take 30 working days to process! Such blatant audacity is absolutely unacceptable, and we are certainly determined to find a different GP practice.

I've been a long-standing patient at this practice, but recently scheduling an appointment has become incredibly challenging. 1. I was informed that bookings are exclusively available online. 2. I submitted an online request, but was never contacted due to my international phone number. 3. Despite my number being incompatible, I was unable to book in person and repeatedly redirected to the online system. 4. After extensive follow-up, I was advised to attempt booking through the NHS app. 5. However, I first require GP authorization to access the app, which could potentially take an additional 2-3 days. 6. I attempted to manually create an account within the app but consistently encountered a 403 Error message and was instructed to retry later. It feels like I'm exhausting every possible avenue to secure a medical consultation, with minimal assistance. The reception staff appear disinterested in helping me find a viable solution.
