Phone lines impossible and no appointments

Their service has seriously deteriorated. I've been trying to book an appointment for three consecutive days, but their phone lines are impossible to get through, and the NHS app shows zero availability. They've really gone downhill. Update: Since my initial complaint, they've marginally improved their reception staff, and phone wait times have reduced somewhat. They've also added some excellent doctors. Dr Nilson in particular was impressively attentive, spending quality time thoroughly examining my condition, unlike other doctors who rush through consultations and seem dismissive. Dr Stevenson, Dr Monikajar, and Dr Tawaf were similarly compassionate and genuinely interested in understanding my health concerns. Update: Unfortunately, Dr Neilson is no longer with the practice, and Dr Ahmed's patient care is disappointingly poor.
