The moment you enter, the front desk staff are engrossed in idle chatter and laughter, completely neglecting incoming phone calls. This is a matter of patient care, and they should approach their responsibilities with far more professionalism. It's no mystery why the clinic seems perpetually swamped or why phone conversations are abruptly terminated while patients are left on hold.

Terrible reception and no callbacks ever

I am thoroughly frustrated with this medical practice, particularly their reception staff! The service is absolutely abysmal, whether you're dealing with them in person or over the phone. If your call gets disconnected, they will never bother to call you back! Even when you're eagerly awaiting any type of medical result, they won't proactively inform you - you must chase them down yourself! 😏😒! The GP office claims to open at 8:30, but calling at that exact time guarantees no answer. You'll be forced to wait 15-20 minutes minimum to schedule an appointment, sometimes even longer. If you're lucky, you might secure one appointment, but more often than not, you won't. And after enduring a lengthy wait, they'll eventually answer just to tell you no appointments are available and suggest calling again the next morning!

Pharmacy nightmare with endless hold times

Steer clear if you value your health. Even with an urgent prescription from a specialist, they'll drag their feet in forwarding it to the physician and pharmacy. The administrative team is utterly incompetent. They should find work elsewhere, given that people's health hangs in the balance. You're forced to endure over an hour on hold when attempting to rectify their repeated mistakes, only to have them abruptly terminate the call without providing any resolution.

Rude receptionists ruined my medical care

If possible, I'd rate this place zero stars. While some doctors demonstrate genuine effort and care, the rest of the staff are shockingly incompetent. The receptionists are particularly abysmal - arguably the most discourteous professionals I've ever encountered. They routinely disconnect calls, ignore promised callbacks, and actively resist providing any meaningful assistance. Their inability to complete even the most straightforward administrative tasks, even after repeated follow-ups, is mind-boggling. Their commitment to avoiding accountability is truly remarkable. This represents the most appalling medical service I've experienced in my extensive history of healthcare interactions. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond comprehension. I am absolutely preparing formal complaints. Anyone reading this: save yourself significant frustration and steer clear of this surgery. Their complete disregard for patient care is astounding.

Rude staff and endless phone tag

ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE. I've been struggling with this surgery's communication since early morning. Initially, they instruct you to call at 8:30am, but when you do, their line perpetually claims they're busy - which I'm certain is a lie. When they finally respond and you explain your needs, they merely redirect you in endless loops. The morning receptionist was wonderfully helpful, doing her job perfectly, and I naively thought that would resolve everything. Later, my mother receives an aborted call, and then I get contacted, forcing me to call back. I spent approximately 30 minutes on hold while simultaneously managing my work responsibilities. The subsequent representative was incredibly discourteous and spoke with an aggressive tone... if you're unhappy in your role, simply resign. Numerous individuals would appreciate this position and certainly possess superior customer service abilities. My frustration escalated when she repeatedly claimed ignorance instead of checking their computer system. Honestly, I'm perplexed why my family continues associating with this practice. Personally, I'm relieved to have transferred to another medical facility in a completely different location, where the staff - both doctors and receptionists - understand proper patient communication and actually investigate issues before responding with dismissive "I don't know" statements. Absolutely Unacceptable

Receptionist shouted at me in crowded waiting room

The front desk staff here are incredibly discourteous, completely ignoring basic greetings and immediately demanding appointment details without even making eye contact. Particularly the receptionist positioned near the waiting area on March 14th was absolutely terrible - she aggressively yelled "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME" when she struggled to locate some information I requested. The entire interaction was mortifying, with everyone in the waiting room watching, and I felt genuinely frightened by her inexplicable aggressive behavior. This is absolutely not an acceptable way to interact with patients seeking medical assistance.

Booking nightmare since september

What happened to your once-excellent service? Not long ago, scheduling an appointment was swift, your reception staff were genuinely helpful and professional, and your doctors displayed compassion and empathy. Now, everything has drastically changed. Since September, I've been struggling to book an appointment, constantly being told I must call precisely at 8:30, which is impossible due to my work schedule. I submitted an appointment request a month ago, and no one has responded. When I attempted to call again, the phone line was so poor it sounded like someone was drilling inside the telephone cable. The receptionist was incredibly rude, threatening to hang up without ensuring I understood anything, and had the audacity to tell me to calm down when I tried to prevent her from disconnecting. Just imagine if I were experiencing a medical emergency... clearly, I'll be seeking care from another medical practice.

Completely unreliable communication from this practice - they consistently ignore phone calls and online inquiries.
