Nightmare medical experience that left me completely frustrated

Attempting to communicate with a doctor at this practice is utterly futile. The front desk staff are completely heartless and lacking any semblance of compassion. If you have a serious medical concern, you're essentially out of luck. I endured over 50 minutes of hold time, only to be mockingly dismissed when explaining my situation to the receptionist in precise detail. It's now crystal clear why the previous two general practitioners simply abandoned their practice without even informing patients about the change. I only reach out in absolute dire circumstances, and this latest interaction has been the ultimate dealbreaker for me. Hands down the most abysmal healthcare service in the entire region!!! STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!

Worst medical service ever unprofessional and unreliable

These physicians don't deserve a single star rating - they're completely unprofessional. I had a scheduled telehealth consultation today where they were supposed to contact me between 4-7 PM, and here it is 7:51 PM with zero communication. It's taken an entire month just to secure this appointment, and now they've completely disregarded their commitment. This medical practice is so incompetent that they should be shut down immediately.

Heartless medical staff turn away sick child

Absolutely the most incompetent medical staff imaginable. Even a notorious serial killer would display more empathy than this so-called front desk employee. They flat-out rejected treating my young daughter, who was suffering from a painful ear infection, high temperature, and cold-related symptoms, simply because we arrived 10 minutes past our scheduled time. We were 17th in line while attempting to communicate our slight delay. Utterly unacceptable.

Over an hour of waiting on hold, which is apparently considered a "good" day, only to be told to call back tomorrow because no appointments are available. I was positioned at just 24th in the queue when I first started waiting. These doctors are absolutely terrible.

Incompetent pharmacist gives outdated and unhelpful advice

The medical practice's pharmacist (distinct from the pharmacy staff) urgently requires professional refresher training and current knowledge updates. He abruptly halted my medication prescription, casually suggesting I join the 'minor ailments scheme' ('it's straightforward, just inquire at your pharmacy during medication collection'). However, THIS SCHEME IS DEFINITIVELY DEFUNCT and has been non-existent for quite some time. The practice's receptionist dismissively advised me to purchase my medication from B&M or Amazon. Absolutely unhelpful! ENSURE YOUR STAFF ARE PROPERLY INFORMED. As a final insult, the pharmacist condescendingly began spelling out a.i.l.m.e.n.t.s., apparently assuming everyone in Tipton lacks intelligence!

Terrible service and impossible to book appointment

Quite disappointing. Scheduling an appointment for my infant was a nightmare. I attempted to contact them every morning for seven consecutive days. When I called at 8 AM, I was 49th in line. Absolutely absurd. I tried calling again later hoping to reach someone, only to be 11th in the queue and then abruptly disconnected just as I was next in line.

Nightmare medical practice with zero customer service

Completely untrustworthy and incompetent. This establishment doesn't qualify as a medical practice in my view. I made repeated calls precisely at 8 am for five consecutive days to schedule an appointment. Each time, I was positioned 27th in the queue - an oddly specific and frustrating number. When finally reached, no appointment slots were available. I've since transferred to a more competent healthcare provider and strongly recommend others do the same. Best of fortune to you.

Hands down, this medical facility ranks as the most abysmal healthcare provider I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. The staff consistently demonstrate a complete lack of compassion, with physicians treating patients as mere inconveniences, rushing through interactions. Meanwhile, the front desk personnel appear perpetually idle, doing nothing productive. Attempting to schedule an appointment is an exercise in futility, and punctuality seems to be a foreign concept to them. My strongest recommendation is to steer clear of this place entirely!

Frustrating doctor visit with endless waiting and no answers

My spouse secured a doctor's consultation at 5:50 PM, which was solely achievable through 111's assistance, since the clinic claimed no available appointments. We arrived at 5:45 PM, and I waited in the vehicle until 7:00 PM. When she finally emerged, she explained that after seeing the physician, she'd been waiting 20 minutes for a prescription, only to be informed they had no medication in stock. Moreover, the doctor provided no satisfactory explanation regarding her stomach issues, merely recommending blood tests and scans. This whole experience has become a complete farce.

I spent an absurd amount of time on the phone, only to be disconnected repeatedly and shuttled between different representatives. When I finally got through, I was informed they have no available appointments. This business is completely unprofessional, and then they have the nerve to be surprised when customers get frustrated with their terrible service.

Terrible service with poor communication and delays

The company continuously misled me, claiming they hadn't received my care plan, forcing me to call back multiple times regarding medication authorization that required a doctor's signature. During the second attempt, they even had a doctor contact me to suggest I inform my consultant about the supposed non-receipt of documents. Additionally, I endured a grueling phone wait of 90 minutes, only to be informed that no in-person appointments were available. They scheduled a phone consultation before 11am today, yet no call has materialized.
