Neglectful practice nearly cost my mom's life

Substandard patient care from this medical practice. My mother has been experiencing respiratory difficulties for a fortnight and has repeatedly attempted to secure a consultation. After another unsuccessful attempt to book an appointment, we ultimately contacted the emergency medical helpline, which immediately dispatched an ambulance. She has now been hospitalized. We are seriously considering transferring her medical registration to a more responsive healthcare provider.

Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

Complete waste of time dealing with this medical practice's morning phone call. Wasted nearly 40 minutes stuck in a queue, only to be dismissed by unhelpful and discourteous front desk staff with zero available appointment slots.

Frustrating wait for basic medical support and care

I've been waiting three weeks just to secure a phone consultation through their online booking system. I attempted to contact the medical practice directly since my health concern is pressing, though not critically urgent. A walk-in clinic provided some temporary relief for my symptoms but emphasized I need a GP's referral to a specialist. When I try calling their switchboard in the morning and select the appointments option, I'm immediately greeted by a message stating the lines are entirely overwhelmed. Attempting to reach general enquiries leaves me supposedly second in the queue for around eight minutes before the call abruptly disconnects. Absolutely disappointing service.

Frustrating phone booking nightmare with terrible service

Absolutely terrible service, spent four consecutive days attempting to schedule a phone consultation. I diligently call right at their opening time of 8 AM, and after enduring a 15-20 minute hold, discover all available slots are already filled. This experience is so frustrating that even a single star rating feels overly generous.

Pharmacy chaos leaves patient without critical medication

I strongly advise ordering your prescription tablets well ahead of time. I placed my order a week ago, and when I went to collect them today - having completely run out - they informed me they're 'out of stock' despite my prescription just being signed. A whole week later 😡. Now I can't obtain my essential medication. Completely ineffective, and this isn't the first such incident. The pharmacy points fingers at the doctor, the doctor blames the receptionist. But it's certainly not my fault, is it? What's the purpose of pre-ordering when you're unable to secure critical, life-sustaining medications. And they're still not resolving the issue. I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to switch medical practices.
