Misdiagnosed and left in the dark

I am dissatisfied with their service due to an infection that the surgeon dismissed as insignificant, claiming nothing was wrong. However, I had to travel to another country to discover my condition was actually serious and not trivial. I have a urinary infection with clepsimia pneumonia. How can we trust our general practitioners, and how can a UK lab test my blood and urine and find nothing, while another country tells me I must stay for treatment or risk my life? Please review the attached message and examine the findings, yet they provide no treatment for my problem. They consistently show no interest in patient care, bouncing me around like a ping pong ball. My GP always redirects me to the hospital, and the hospital sends me back to my GP. What are patients supposed to do in such a situation????

Typically, enduring a 20-30 minute delay beyond your scheduled appointment time can be frustrating, particularly when you've been waiting for weeks on end, by which point you might have already resolved the issue independently, not to mention the occasional disappointment of finding the appointment ultimately futile.

Long wait and unhelpful staff

Every visit I've had here has been marred by discourteous front desk staff. During my scheduled appointment with my child, we were forced to wait for a full hour without any flexibility. When I inquired about possibly rescheduling or stepping out due to my child's repeated accidents, I was met with abrupt and dismissive responses. The reception team's overall demeanor was incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful.
