A considerable amount of time has passed, and the level of support continues to feel inadequate. There appears to have been a noticeable change, as the practice was previously more effective in providing assistance.

Receptionist was dismissive when I needed support

The reception staff came across as unhelpful when I reached out during a difficult time. Rather than providing direct support, I was simply handed alternative contact numbers. When you're struggling, you need assistance available immediately, not redirected elsewhere. Additionally, I found it frustrating that the online request system was frequently unavailable, including on occasions when I tried to access it during standard hours. This made it challenging to get the help I needed when I needed it most.

They are good and will make extra efforts to obtain the important and costly medications that I require for my ongoing health condition. Developing a strong relationship with a healthcare provider over an extended period is beneficial. I have experienced a small number of occasions where resolution took longer than expected, and when I requested assistance, the matter was passed between different staff members before eventually being resolved through my own persistence.

There seems to be a tendency to issue prescriptions without thoroughly investigating underlying causes, with multiple courses of medication prescribed consecutively before considering diagnostic testing for potentially serious conditions, which in this case proved significant. Referrals to emergency services have been made for suspected injuries without physical examination of the affected area. While the online triage system is understood to be necessary, its utility is questionable when it becomes unavailable early in the day, sometimes closing by mid-afternoon or even mid-morning, limiting patient access to initial assessment.
