Dangerous delays threaten my wife's critical eye care
My spouse, Camelia Mirela Poiana, recently underwent eye surgery on her sole remaining eye. She urgently requires eye drops, but is unable to obtain them due to the general practitioner's reluctance to provide approval (or doing so with significant delays), and Pharmacy2u's refusal to dispatch the medication without GP authorization. They are essentially gambling with her health, jeopardizing her vision, and risking complete blindness through their sheer negligence. We are absolutely determined to file an official complaint regarding this surgical procedure, as this is not an isolated incident of their unprofessional conduct (previously, they disregarded a hospital communication and failed to update her medication for several weeks). We are completely exhausted by their repeated incompetence and lack of care!

The world has transformed, and it's not beneficial for those who struggle with reading, filling out online forms, or understanding technology, especially elderly individuals. It seems unfair to require people to complete forms to secure an appointment, which can be humiliating when you must approach the receptionist with others listening. The previous system was undoubtedly more effective. I believe the government hasn't considered the challenges faced by people with learning disabilities or seniors who find the new methods difficult to navigate. Do they actually care? Absolutely not. They're reluctant to engage and prefer avoiding direct communication, only offering callbacks at their convenience. You'd assume their purpose is customer service, but instead they act like doing their job is a massive inconvenience. They bombard you with messages about punctuality for appointments (which are hard to secure in the first place), yet consistently run behind schedule themselves. Now they're demanding you immediately answer their return calls through their new booking system.
