Receptionists stayed cheerful despite the chaos

Truly exceptional service from the front desk team, even during a particularly hectic holiday period! It was evident they were managing considerable pressure, yet this didn't prevent them from maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering their work with genuine warmth. Genuinely flawless. P.s I am registered with another practice in the area but due to it being exceptionally busy during the holiday period, there wasn't availability there, so I attended this surgery for an in-person appointment instead and I'm really pleased I did! :)

Regardless of how hectic things get, they consistently greet patients with warmth and friendliness, and they're always willing to go above and beyond to assist. The clinicians are equally impressive, demonstrating a genuine commitment to listening carefully and providing support wherever possible. Getting same-day appointments without any fuss

The clinical team and entire staff at the surgery are truly outstanding and deserve considerable recognition. Throughout the challenging period of recent years, I have consistently been able to access medical guidance without delay, whether through same-day telephone consultations or in-person appointments with clinical professionals. The process of obtaining repeat medications has also been straightforward, available both through online and telephone ordering systems. On each occasion I have attended the surgery, I have observed the staff managing a demanding workload, yet they have consistently made themselves available to discuss my concerns with courtesy, professionalism and genuine care. My medical issues have been addressed thoroughly, and there have been instances where the team has gone the extra mile to ensure I received the timely support I required. I consider myself fortunate to be under the care of this practice. Several of my family members and acquaintances registered with other local surgeries report not receiving the same standard of care, with many experiencing significantly longer waiting times for appointments or clinical contact. This contrast in service quality is particularly notable given the complex healthcare needs of some of these individuals. I wish to express sincere gratitude to all members of staff at the surgery and encourage them to maintain the high standards they have established.
