Absolutely appalling service from both staff and medical professionals! The reception team hangs up on patients, and I've been waiting over 10 days with zero response to my inquiry! The doctors here are completely incompetent and unable to perform their basic duties! Steer clear of this medical practice and find a better alternative!!!!!
