Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff nightmare

The front desk personnel are discourteous and lack proper training. I've been verbally abused and mocked when simply requesting to reschedule my appointment. They delayed my test results by six weeks and subsequently misplaced the swab. Without a doubt, this represents the most appalling interaction I've encountered within the NHS healthcare system.

Decent healthcare with some challenges to navigate

During peak lunch hours around noon or 1pm, the clinic can get quite busy, but the reception team, particularly Miss P, was incredibly supportive - she was a lifesaver when helping me navigate covid documentation during the challenging pandemic period. The doctors tend to be somewhat dismissive unless you're assertive about your healthcare needs, so it's crucial to be direct and articulate about your symptoms and desired care, and then cross your fingers 😅

Disappointing service from once beloved medical practice

I've been a patient at this medical practice since childhood, and their service quality has plummeted significantly (unrelated to the pandemic). They consistently fail to notify patients about appointment cancellations when doctors are unavailable. The phone wait times are unbearable, and I'm convinced they intentionally mute their lines. Despite having multiple staff members, they take ages to acknowledge patients upon arrival for check-in. Their priority appears to be staff training rather than addressing patient concerns. While some receptionists are pleasant, there's one particularly discourteous male staff member who stands out. I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone.

Worst healthcare experience ever terrible service

The quality of service has drastically declined, and it's clear they have no concern for patients. Despite my 16-year loyalty, I was shuffled between receptionists, each asking me to repeat my concerns. When I explained my critically low mental health and urgent need for support, their sole response was to hand me a crisis hotline number. It's absolutely disgraceful. Moreover, scheduling is a nightmare - over two weeks just to get a phone consultation, and months before actually seeing a doctor. This practice is so incompetent and disorganized that they should be shut down immediately to prevent other patients from experiencing such dismissive and unprofessional treatment. Anyone considering this medical office should steer clear - they are completely unreliable and seemingly indifferent to patient welfare.

Worst medical service ever patient safety compromised

If I could rate this lower than zero, I would. The wait time for a phone consultation is absurdly long. Three weeks is completely unacceptable. The receptionist displays a total lack of concern for patients. Previously, when I sought medical advice about my health concerns, I was forced to wait three weeks, during which time I suffered a heart attack and spent 8 days in the hospital, followed by 4 days of recovery. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this practice. The staff's behavior is utterly appalling and potentially dangerous.
