I'm not registered in their database, yet I'm stuck in the waiting area, anxiously anticipating being called for my eye examination. Meanwhile, I'm likely to be flagged as tardy since the staff seems endlessly occupied with the customer ahead of me. Ironically, during my previous visit, I distinctly remember thinking how much I hoped to avoid returning to this place. Nevertheless, here I am, confined to this sole available location. At least, I can say the optometrist who conducted my last eye test was genuinely pleasant.

I encountered the most abysmal medical service imaginable. The receptionists were completely unhelpful, displaying a dismissive and discourteous demeanor. They insisted on pushing everything online, causing me to wait over a week, only to then claim there was an error with my initial request (despite receiving an automated confirmation text). They demanded I restart the entire process, which meant enduring another week-long wait for a doctor's consultation. By then, my medical issue had persisted for well beyond two weeks. After waiting two weeks for a physician's call, as the doctor was apparently overwhelmed, I ultimately sought emergency treatment at the hospital, where they administered an urgent steroid intervention. Once the doctor finally contacted me, everything seemed resolved, and they recommended taking paracetamol until our follow-up conversation. Is this truly how patients are treated in the UK? I strongly advise against using this practice center - the reviews speak for themselves. I regret not thoroughly investigating beforehand.

I strongly advise against choosing this medical centre. The receptionist is discourteous, particularly the Portuguese-speaking lady, and securing a doctor's appointment seems virtually impossible - it's almost as if the doctor doesn't even exist on-site. I visited due to skin reaction issues, and they insisted I complete an online consultation. I followed their instructions and was told I'd receive a follow-up within 48 hours, but no call or email ever arrived, leaving me with nothing but a booking code. After waiting a week, I returned to inquire about my consultation, and they once again directed me to complete everything online, promising a phone consultation in the next 15 days. It's absolutely unbelievable to encounter such service in this country. Rude receptionist ruins first impressions of clinic

I wasn't even a patient of this medical facility, just attending an external diabetic eye screening, but the receptionist manager desperately needs professional development. Her interpersonal skills are appalling. If she can't communicate effectively, why is she in this position? While standing mere steps away from me, she deliberately instructed the other receptionist not to assist me, simply because I was there for an external appointment. She represents a complete professional disgrace to the practice. Her conduct is so unacceptable that I wouldn't even award a single star rating!

As a team leader in a London supermarket, I've been extremely cautious since the pandemic began. I diligently self-isolated for two weeks. Concerned about my chest, I sought an appointment to ensure my health, as I was experiencing intense chest pain. Surprisingly, it took a week before anyone contacted me, and I had to persistently advocate for a blood test and chest x-ray. The doctor dismissively claimed that due to my youth, nothing would be detected. I responded, hoping she would be proven correct. Having resided in the UK for a decade, I've never been ill or required medical attention. I've worked hard, paid my taxes, and deserved a thorough health assessment. The medical professionals at this facility—both physicians and nursing staff—are truly exceptional 👏 However, the reception area presents a significant challenge, particularly due to one specific employee. This individual is remarkably discourteous, supremely self-important, and unnecessarily confrontational. If patients can successfully navigate past this staff member, the overall service is actually quite excellent. Unfortunately, since she represents the initial point of contact for this NHS service, her demeanor substantially undermines the entire operation. Frustrating travel clinic with hidden costs and surprises

I visited the clinic seeking travel vaccinations typically covered by the NHS, only to discover that one injection has been out of stock for over half a year, and for the other, I was instructed to collect it from the adjacent pharmacy and cover the cost myself due to the nurse's prescription. It would have been incredibly beneficial if, among all the appointment reminders I received, they had mentioned that one vaccine was unavailable and that I might need to pay for the other beforehand. Fortunately, my father accompanied me, allowing me to borrow funds for the prescription; otherwise, I would have been in a challenging situation. Completely dissatisfied!
