(Though the front desk staff leave much to be desired) My physicians were incredibly responsive to my prescription needs. I submitted a request on Saturday and received it promptly that same day, and remarkably, the same occurred when I placed another request on Sunday. These doctors are outstanding. It's just unfortunate that the reception team appears indifferent and lacks the same level of care and efficiency.

Great Practice with Rude Receptionist

Getting an appointment is very difficult but once you get it medical staff is good. But the reception staff is getting worse by the day. They don't listen your question and cut you off and slam the phone. It is getting so worse that I feel nervous when I need to call the surgery.
